Hiding text messages on iPhone?
There is an app available for jailbroken iPhones called iBlacklist. With it, you can add numbers to a blacklist which get removed from your regular Messages app automatically and sent to your iBlacklist to either be read later or deleted. It works for phone calls too. So, "in plain English", your ex girlfriend calls you and text messages you but you added her number to your blacklist. No missed call shows up in your recent list, no text message shows up in your Messages app. Open your iBlacklist app and there is both the call record and the message record,...unless you have it set to automatically delete from there too.
Question about ATT text messages billing?
I have an iPhone 5 and am not sure how billing works for the iPhone and iMessage. When you send iMessages to other iPhone users, does this count towards the number of text messages that are recorded for each billing cycle? And one more question: When you dial *3282# to see how many text messages you have sent/received and the data usage, I get this: Messaging: xxxx Group Messaging: xxxx of Unlimited I am on a family plan. Would the high amount of Messages and Group Messages include me and my family members or would this all be just me?
IPhone sent a text on its own?
On Saturday night I was at Universal Studios for the Halloween Haunt. My friend who I was with received a text from my iPhone 4 that said "I can't talk right now. I'll call you later". I was with him there at that time and I didn't send that text. My phone was locked. How did this happen? Is it paranormal activity?
