Simple answer: they don’t.Brock Lesnar is given countless privileges by the company, unparalleled to anybody in the business before. These could be acceptable if he was used in a role like The Undertaker or Triple H, performing on only special occasions and used sparingly to draw a larger amount of people, but…He is the Universal Champion!He holds the most valued belt in the whole company. He is the WWE’s top guy, their most valued superstar, and he hardly ever shows up to work!On top of this, he has held the belt for four hundred and eighty days (as of today) but has only defended it six times! One title defence every two and a half months! In comparison, the current WWE Champion, AJ Styles, has held the belt for two hundred and sixty days (as of today) and has defended it eight times.*More importantly, Lesnar has only wrestled a total of eight matches this year. Using AJ Styles as a comparison once again, he has wrestled a total of eighty one matches. This record from Lesnar, is quite frankly shocking.**All this, and he’s still the Universal Champion. The reason Paul Heyman speaks on behalf of Brock Lesnar is twofold:1) Brock Lesnar's gimmick. Brock Lesnar beats people up. He throws them about. He's the beast incarnate. The aura of that character doesn't fit well with Brock telling everyone he's going to beat them up. You have Heyman do it for him. Brock's too busy/important to waste his words on you. When he just stands there while Heyman tells you how dangerous he is, it makes Lesnar feel like the main event attraction.2) Paul Heyman is a much, much better taller than Lesnar. Brock showed in his initial run in WWE that his charisma is in his presence, rather than his words. He's just not a great promo guy. Paul Heyman on the other hand? He's probably the best talker in the business. He knows precisely what to say to build up to the next match, and puts it over like you'd have to be insane to miss it. He's not all that great on the mic. His voice was very weird when, He was feuding with John Cena. That's why Paul Heyman is Brock Lesnar manager since, Brock Lesnar debut in wwe around 2002. Paul Heyman had build Brock Lesnar to become the face of the company in the pasf. He's the farm boy. Brock Lesnar doesn't look like that, He's Confident on the mic. He still has a lot more power than them. He dosnt look bigger because he's not that type workout he does plus if you look at the wrestlers you mention they have no fat; brock does
Is Brock Lesnar really a douchebag?
I have to agree with you that his personality, actions, and behavior leave a lot to be desired and while he is an athlete and fighter with some talent and ability he will never garner the respect that other fighters do with less talent and ability but more class than he has shown. For a while there it looked like he had figured some of this all out and had taken a different approach to some aspects of his career but his behavior after his last fight and since then would indicate otherwise. You can bet that some companies won't be running to sign him for product endorsements and advertising deals and once he is the ex-champ he will find out that he has no friends at all.
