Is It Normal To Have Hair Around Nipple I Am A Girl

I have hair around my nipples, is that normal?

It's a hormonal thing, most women just shave it or tweeze it. I once had a bf who told me he was with a woman with really long hairs around her nipples. Yikes! You are normal, just do what most women do, maintain yourself.

Is having hairs around the nipple NORMAL?

Of course it's normal.Don't worry, here's some info:

Is it normal to have hair around my nipples?

Some girls have hair around their nipples. This is completely normal. If the hair bothers you, it's best to cut it with small scissors. Plucking or shaving the hair can cause infection.

Because I see many women with increased hair growth in my practice, I am often asked how much hair is normal for a woman. There is no absolute answer. Half of American women remove facial hair at least once in a while and ten percent remove it two or more times a week. Many of the women I see in my practice remove even more often. Some even use a razor once or twice a day because their facial hair grows as quickly as a man’s. Heavy hair growth on women is not as rare as people think because women with this unfortunate problem do all they can to hide it. Most never discuss this problem with friends because they feel so embarrassed about it. Women on TV or in movies or magazines never seem to have any extra hair. The reality is different. There are some well known actresses who have considerable growth of facial or body hair but they either wax it off or the camera is kept slightly out of focus – a trick also routinely used to hide wrinkles. Retouching is the rule also.

There is no sharp dividing line between normal and abnormal amounts of hair. Facial and body hair is a very personal matter and so a personal definition is appropriate: hair that is enough to make a woman afraid that it will show is too much. However this does not mean that a medical problem is present. A few hairs in the following locations are normal for a woman: outer corners of the upper lip, the chin, around the nipples, between the navel and pubic region and the tops of the thighs. If a woman has more than light growth of hair in these places or if there is wider coverage of face and body, then the condition of hirsutism can be said to be present. This degree of extra hair is reason for medical evaluation, especially if accompanied by irregular periods or weight problems.

Don't worry, nobody's perfect, just remember to love and respect your body.

Is it normal for a girl to have a lot of light hair around your nipples at age 16?

Yes. We are homo sapiens. We are supposed to have hair on the body. The amount of hair may vary from person to person. It is absolutely normal for a girl to have hair on a body as it's normal for a boy. And as far as your age is concerned you've hit puberty, you will be noticing some changes in your body. Do not worry about it. Most women have tiny hair on their chest and abdominal region.

Is Female Nipple Hair normal?

It's possible for girls to have nipple hair, don't listen to all the stupid ignorant people above who said "omg no way" and "ew".

Obviously they're not aware of the possible out comes and growths on and in a girls body.

Anyways, it is normal, but at the same time, if it's growing at a very fast rate, that doesn't seem so natural. If it's a hair every now and then, that's normal. I would honestly just pluck them. They will grow back, but eventually if you're going to marry someone, you should be comfortable with them to tell them that you do have occasional areola hair, but that you do pluck them, and keep it under control. If the man loves you to death, and meant "I do" he should be fine.
If he goes "Ew" or anything else like that, the guys a total *** hat and needs to go fall off a cliff I:

Guys have grosser hair situations, like "Back bush", chest hair, massive pubs start from their belly button, back hair, neck hair, and ... arm pit and leg hair which I'm use to not having.. so it's weird to see.. very.. hairy men..

LOL;

I have long black hairs around my nipples!?

Is this normal? I have fair blonde hair but there are a few black hairs just around the outside of my nipples. What is this and what shall i do? Its embarrasing.

Should girls have nipple hair?

That's perfectly normal. I am a mature older woman of 46 years. When I was a young girl I was very concerned about it, but as I have grown older, I've also grown to love it. My husband loves it a lot, he calls it his "forest" lol. He shaves my nipples, and I shave his. I feel like it makes it so that we understand each other. I trim them occasionally, but it's definitely a fun attribute to have in bed. You can style it with gel, dye it, anything you can do with normal hair.

Hope this answer helped! Best regards,

Is it normal for a 14 year old girl to have hair on her nipples?

Hair around breast (areola) is it normal?

There is nothing wrong with you. Most women have hair around their breast. It's perfectly natural. If its particularly thick, or noticeable to you, you can pluck it. This is preferable to shaving it, plucking it with a tweezer doesn't hurt at all, shaving will give you stubble as it grows back. Honestly, it's not like anyone will see it, you're only 16. Most guys wouldn't care if there was hair there, they don't even notice it. If you do see it as a problem when you're older, go ahead and pluck it.

You don't have too much estrogen. Testosterone is what controls the hair growth. As for the rest of your body - again, when you're with a decent guy, who genuinely loves you, hair growth isn't an issue. He has hair on his arms and legs too, he wouldn't expect you to expect him to shave it, would he? But again, if it is something you're not comfortable with you can remove it.

It's a myth that shaving makes your hair grow back thicker. You can shave (use plenty of shaving gel, reduces red spots, and gives you smoother legs/arms), use a hair removal cream like Nair (it uses chemicals to break down the hair), was (which is very painful), or use an epilator (this is the more permanent option, but again can be painful. It is like shaving, requires no shaving cream, and plucks the hairs out from the roots).

Coarse black hairs around nipples?

It is entirely normal and quite common.

You do not need to pluck these, although doing so is not harmful (even if potentially painful).

This phenomenon is a normal response - and many women have this happen years earlier.

There is nothing you need to do and there is nothing to worry about.

If you need further confirmation and peace - discuss this with your physician next time you have your yearly physical.
