Is It Possible For Your Stomach To Get Flatter But Still Weigh The Same

I'm 5"3, how much do you have to weigh to have a flat stomach?

Everyone is different! I'm 5'3" and have a flat stomach when I weigh around 115 lbs but my sister can weigh 100 lbs and still have a pooch. It's just based on your body composition!

Is it possible for your stomach to get flatter but still weigh the same?

I feel like my stomach has less fat and I weigh 5 pounds less , my weigh has been like that since weeks.
but ive been eating fruits & cut out any other beverage other than water, is it possible my stomach has less fat but my weight remains the same? please answer!

Am I able to diet for a flatter stomach (weight loss) and build muscle for bigger glutes?

It is absolutely possible. Even if you are on a reduced calorie consumption plan, you can still build muscle. There are a few things to understand.
1. Fat is fat and muscle is muscle. One doesn't turn into the other.
2. When you diet, your body burns stored fat as fuel so you are still feeding your cell what they need.
3. Most people only need about 6 ounces of protein a day. If you are working out, you can eat a little more, but your don't need to power load on protein.
4. It takes time to lose fat and to build muscle, but if your follow a good plan you absolutely can do both. Still, not every person has the same build. Two women who are both lean and toned can have very different glutes, thighs, hip-to-waist ratio, etc.

How do you lose weight and get a flatter tummy!?

Here is what I would suggest:

1. Vary your caloric intake each day. For example, have 1500 one day, 1200 the next, 1700 the next, and so on. That way your body doesn't adjust to the calorie level.

2. Vary the foods you eat. Eat a great variety of healthy food.

3. Vary your exercise routines. Don't work out at the same time everyday. Sometimes work out in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes twice a day, and sometimes skip a day.

4. Vary the types of exercise you do. Don't do the same things everyday.

5. Include strength training/weight lifting as part of your exercise plan, but again don't do the same things everyday,

6. Incorporate as many types of aerobic exercise as you can. Each day vary the time, the intensity, and the type of exercise as much as possible.

7. Eliminate ALL junk food, sodas, pop, sweets, fried foods, fast foods, fruit juices, and processed foods. Everyday eat a healthy diet of fruit, veggies, a few nuts, lean meat and fish, whole grain breads and cereals, low fat dairy products.

Do these abs exercises.
