Is This A Brain Tumor Or Anxiety Help Asap

Do I have a brain tumor?

I’m a 26 year old female, with two young kids. I have no major health issues except PCOS, astigmatism, and proctitis. I also suffer from depression and extreme health anxiety, to with I’m currently not being treated for. Back in March of 2018, I when through a help entirety crisis lasting almost two weeks. I made 4 ER visits and numerous doctor visits. I though I had anything from ALS, to pancreatic cancer. I had an MRI of my head, CT scan of my abdomen, several x-rays, colonoscopy, and an endoscopy, and numerous blood work. I managed to overcome it with support and medication.

I started nursing school about two and a half weeks ago. After class, I thought that I was going to have a heart attack, I freak out. Ever since then, I’ve been feeling off. Anxiety is bad, heart paltations, inner vibrations, some confusion, brain fog, weirdness in my head, just general sense of uneasiness. What really set me off, was a vivid nightmare that I had brain cancer. I went to the doctor yesterday to get checked out. My heart rate was in the 130’s, my bp was 155/110. They sent me to hospital where they did an EKG, blood, and u/a. EKG was fine, besides trachychardia. Blood work was fine but I did have a urinary tact infection. By time I left, my heart rate was 102 and my blood pressure was down to normal. It had went down without any medicine... I had an MRI of my head less than a year ago for ringing in my ears, nothing found. What are the chances that a brain tumor has grown since then?

BRAIN TUMORS, 13 YEARS OLD, MALE, SCARED TO DEATH PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

You do not have symptoms of a brain tumor. To be honest I think most of your issues are from anxiety and you are causing most of these issues.
You really should see a doctor not and say you have a BT but for anxiety medicines.
The most common reason a BT is found is because of seizures.
Why have you focused on a brain stem glioma? There are many other more common BTs.
Again you have NO symptoms of a tumor.

How to tell the difference between a migraine and a brain tumor?

about a week ago i started to get a throbbing headache at the back of my head (headaches are pretty unusual to me). ive had temporary blackouts and seizures in my legs for a couple of months but i didnt think they were anything serious. just recently my vision has also become very blurry and im extremely tired to the point where just walking a couple of meters requires most of my strength. im also starting to feel nauseaus, and i feel dizzy when im lying down.

i went to a primary care physician (a local doctor) who performed a basic neurological test on me with a rubber hammer, making me follow his finger with my eyes etc. he came to the conclusion that i wasnt having a stroke and that it was just a migraine. he prescribed ibuprofen and said the headache and the symptoms should disappear within a couple of days.

its been a couple of days and the headaches have only gotten worse. the ibuprofen seems to have helped the numbness in my left hand but everything else seems to have worsened. the doctor seemed very confident that nothing was serious, and said that if pain persisted that he would just give me more pills to prevent the headaches.

im really afraid that this could be a brain tumor. in the last couple of months ive started to stutter a little (its gotten better lately), and ive done some co-ordination tests at home but my balance seems fine. should i trust the doctor who seems confident that its nothing serious, or should i request an MRI or CT scan in case hes glossed over some of the finer symptoms?

DEREALIZATION & BRAIN TUMOR?

your best bet is to see your doctor, try not to worry yourself as you don't know whats wrong yet, i understand that it is scary but if this is the case medicine has come a long way and there is plenty they can do, it may well be that you suffer from migraines as they can take many forms and a lot of your symptoms are experienced with people that suffer from them, try not to worry yourself and get stressed out as this can bring on symptoms, also it may be useful for the doctor if you write down when you experience these symptoms and what you did, ate and drank before they came on, as if it is migraines these can have triggeres and your doctor will ask you if you notice anything that brings these symptoms on, it just gets the ball rolling and saves you time as your doctor will need any info possible that you have in order to make a diagnosis, good luck hun and i hope everythings ok and you get it sorted asap xxx
