My Phone Recieving Someone Elses Phone Calls

Is there a way for someone else to answer my phone calls without actually having my cell phone?

If you have forwarded your calls to their phone, then they can answer your calls. Some carriers offer a service that will ring multiple phones for a call to a single number, usually in a sequence. For example, a call comes to a business support number after hours…it goes to the first number, that one does not answer so it goes to the next, etc.If someone had removed the SIM from your phone and put it into another phone, then they would be able to answer your phone calls. If you SIM has been cloned, they “someone else” would be able to answer your phone calls. The likelihood of this is quite small.Within the cellular carriers the ability exists to intercept calls…the vast majority of people have neither access to the equipment nor the knowledge to use such equipment.

Can someone have my calls forwarded secretly to their phone?

I forwarded my calls to someone I prank called one time when I was a kid. It was a total accident. Instead of pressing pound whatever whatever you are supposed to, I pressed the wrong thing and forwarded my calls to him. I figured it out when I hadn't gotten a call in days. I decided to call my own number and he answered.
He's goes, "Are you Becca?"
I'm like, "Yeah"
and he said "Ah I have been taking down messages for you..."

It was bad. So, anyhow, the answer is yes it is totally possible that they are being forwarded. By what you described it sounds like you do have forwarding going on. I did it years ago, so it would have happened differently because cell phones weren't as advanced as they are now. Maybe you did it by accident while going through your phone? Did you let anyone use your phone that may have hit a wrong button and caused this to happen?
Have a family member or trusted friend call you and try and help you figure it out. You two can investigate it from both sides of the phone. Ask what happens when they call you. Or call your cell phone company and they will gladly help you fix the problem.

Good Luck
