Outlook 2010 Is There An E-mail Address Field

Problems receiving w/ Outlook Express. Also my inbox shows 65,000 emails????

Yahoo has been having major server issues since at LEAST Jan. 10, seemingly just with particular servers. And the "phantom" e-mails is unfortunately one of the many problems that people are having because of them, and Yahoo doesn't seem to be in any particular hurry to solve them. Their "tech support" is nothing but a joke right now. And the problems are not just w/Yahoo Beta or IE7; I and others not using either are having similar problems. But both do have more problems; if you're using Beta, it's still in the testing stage and has a lot of problems, so go back to original Yahoo mail, and the same w/IE7, go back to IE6 until MS irons out all the problems.
I've had to use another acct.provided free by my ISP to send/rcv important e-mails since Jan. 10, and it's been working just fine the whole time. If you don't have another acct.w/another provider besides Yahoo, I'd strongly advise to get one; it makes a good backup in case of problems like this.
Please see my posting from Fri. Jan. 12 under the heading "Anyone having problems of any kind w/Yahoo Mail, PLEASE READ THIS" for more info and on reporting problems to Yahoo.
And since that original posting, they've also sent another e-mail that they've escalated the problem (or should I say problems!) to their engineering department, which is an indication of major problems, and not just a minor S/W "glitch."

Setting up MS Outlook with Yahoo mail?

Good morning everyone! Hope you guys can help me to solve this problem. I have been trying to set up MS Outlook 2007 (Windows 7 OS) and syncronize it with my Yahoo email account so that I can receive all my work emails directly without having to go to Yahoo at every time. I talked to my internet provider (AT&T, I have DSL internet service) and they gave me the incoming and outgoing ports for email. Everything was great, I was able to succesfully complete almost all of the tasks except for one of them. I have not been able to complete the set up process because when I click the send/receive button a little "Network Password" window pops up and asks me for a user and password. I tried putting my Yahoo user and password as well as user and password for my Wi Fi connection but nothing works. It seems that Outlook is asking me for something different that I don't know what it is. Could you please help me out to complete this set up process? I will appreciate all your valuable help.

Kindest regards,

Is there a way to check if an e-mail address is valid without e-mailing it?

Yup, through email verification tools.Email verification tools validate email addresses, protecting your sender reputation. They detect and remove known abuse and spam trap emails, bounced emails, temporary addresses, invalid ones, and catch-all domains. Here are some examples: Kleber, Bounceless, Email Hippo, and NeverBounce. However, free email validation tools have limitations. Some allow only for a one-time bulk verifications. The others allow a number of monthly requests. For instance, Hunter dot (io) only allows up to 100 requests a month. And .csv download is not permitted. Because of this, you should expect to do a bit of the manual work with this method.Want to save yourself time and effort? You can opt to purchase only verified emails from a trusted database so you start with a clean list in the first place.Plus, doing this gives you access to a huge list of qualified emails quickly and without going through the hassle of building your own list. One such tool is UpLead.UpLead lets search email addresses using certain criteria like country, company, job title, and more.. This allows you to search for leads that are highly relevant to your user persona. Once you have set the search options, you are given a list that is composed of only verified email addresses. You can also directly export the list to your CRM.See how it saves you time?Lead prospecting tools are investments that will pay for themselves.Curious to give these tools a try instead of verifying your list using free tools, you can refer to our guide of 20 Sales Prospecting Tools to Close More Deals in 2019.

How do you stop Outlook from replying to myself on reply all?

I'm using Outlook 2010 on an Exchange 2010 environment, and I just ran into this problem.  It started today, conincidentally when my primary email address changed on the server.  I discovered that if my email address used in the actual email differs from what is in the Account preference, then it would include me in the Reply All.  Once I updated the email address in there, the problem went away.  If you have more than one email account, you may want to be sure to uncheck "Reply and forward using the default e-mail account" in the Composing preference screen.  Good luck!

Using Outlook rules to forward emails at work is blocked/restricted. Is there any workaround for this?

I want to have my work email forwarded to my phone so when I'm in the lab, I know when I have a new email waiting for me back in my office. Unfortunately, using outlook rules to forward emails is restricted at work. Since I am still able to hit "forward" and forward and email, I am hoping there is a workaround. I could probably set up a macro to forward every email that comes in, but I'm not quite sure I know how to do that. I'm hoping there is some sort of program I could install to forward all of my outlook emails. Thanks in advance for any help
