Random Naseua Fatigue Etc.

Shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, etc...?

I am an 18 year old female, pretty athletic (a wrestler and a swimmer), yet lately I have been feeling increasingly worse. I have IBS and acid reflux and have been on medications for those for about 3 or 4 years, yet recently my nausea has gotten out of control. I never actually throw up, but I get to the point where I am so nauseous I am lightheaded, sweaty and shaky with goosebumps about every third day. I often wake up and feel very dizzy or uncomfortable/disoriented for hours, no matter how much water I drink or what I eat for breakfast. I have had sleeping problems for years, but recently, no matter how much I actually can/do sleep, it's not even near enough. I also get random bouts where I feel like I might faint, but those go away usually in 10-30 minutes after beginning.

I have swam competetively since I was 6, played flute and never smoked, so my lungs are great...but these last 2 or 3 weeks I have shortness of breath whenever I lay down; it feels as if I cannot get enough air until I sit up. Just today it progressed to all the time, not just when I'm laying down, and I developed a dry cough and very mild chest pain + headache.

I feel that it is also important to note that I have extremely low blood pressure. Usually it is around 90/60 but two months ago it was measured at 88/36 when I was feeling perfectly fine.

Any ideas what might be going on?

What would cause dark urine, muscle twitches/fatigue (with persistent hotspots), nausea, upset stomach, weird dreams, and general malaise?

Most of the symptoms I'm been experiencing seem to have started in November. Also, the dark urine happens regardless of how much water I drink, but that started back in August when I started exercising and ever since I seized riding my bike for the winter the urine problem hasn't gone away. I've also been urinating less often as well. My urine has been tested and they couldn't find anything yet, but I took a 24 hour urine a couple of days ago and I'm waiting for the results.

More symptoms include: random shooting pains, and loss of appetite from the upset stomach and general malaise, gagging/nausea sensation, constant gas (burping a lot), etc.

Random bruising, fatigue, headaches...?

I'm a 14 year old girl. In the past 2 weeks, I've been noticing random bruises show up on my legs. The 1st one was a size of a nickel and above my knee, the 2nd was oddly shaped and near my ankle, and I've gotten about 4 more since.Theyre not really dark and they don't hurt.I haven't bumped into anything lately.I asked my mom about it & she said it was probably just from soccer, but I wear shinguards and I haven't gotten kicked anywhere where I'm bruised either. I don't think it's anemia because my parents are like nuts about what we eat.

I've been feeling really cold and then really hot too.My head has been hurting a lot,it doesn't last long, but it's been coming and going over the course of a few days. My appetite has been up and down, and I haven't really been hungry, but I eat anyways.

I've been very very tired lately. I can barely stay awake in school and I fall asleep on my couch around 8 pm. I don't stay up late, I go to bed around 11 and wake up around 6 am. I have soccer for 2 and a half hours every day, but I've been playing for 10 years and this never happened before. I haven't been very stressed and I don't get that much homework. So I don't know I'm always so tired.

Does anyone know if all of these could be connected? Should I go to a doctor or something? Is this strange? What could it be? Please be serious!

What can be the cause of symptoms like fatigue, nausea, headaches, numbness of arms and hands, and always feeling tired?

Hypothyroidism is one possibility.  A problem with one of the vertebrae or disks in your neck could also be an explanation, although you didn't list discomfort in your neck as a symptom.  Migraine is another possibility.  You may also have more than one thing going on.  You can read more below, but you really need to see a doctor for a diagnosis.HypothyroidismNeck Pain and Related Health ConditionsMigraine - What is it?

Fatigue, nausea, headache, dizziness, chills, fever?

For a couple weeks I have been extra tired, sometimes extremely tired, and I've been sleeping more and more and can't get enough energy. Last several days I've been feeling nauseous, one day I was very close to throwing up and felt feverish almost ran to bathroom, then within the hour I was a little hungry and ate some bread sticks. I've been getting chills, sometimes the cold sweats for a few days as well, then suddenly I'll feel overheated! It's as if my bodies internal thermometer is all screwed up. I don't have a thermometer so I'm not sure if I have actually had a fever or not. I ran up the stairs one day and when I got to the top I felt weird, almost dizzy, and my legs gave out and I had to sit down for a minute or two. I've been feeling the dizziness off an all this whole time. I get headaches off and on, I figured because I was sleeping too much, which normally happens. I just can't figure out what's wrong with me. Pregnancy crossed my mind so I took a test and it was negative. It's been since March 17th since I've had sex so I was to assume I'm not especially with a negative test, but I have no idea what's wrong with me. I should be starting my period any day now, but I can't tell if I've had my normal symptoms or not. Trying not to stress in case something is wrong, can't get to the doctor for a little while so any ideas in the meantime would be greatly appreciated. Another thing is I feel like my attention span has suddenly gone bad. I lose train of thought, almost like a brain fog. All of these symptoms started up around the same time.

Really random waves of nausea? (TMI maybe, girls or women only please!)?

The irregular period could be unrelated and it is normal to sometimes get an irregular period. The other symptom is more concerning.

Are you having any other symptoms, such as fatigue or dizziness? Have you had any changes in your life, such as a new job, change in diet, etc?? Also, how long do your nausea spells last?

You might be having panic attacks.. I know it sounds weird, but sometimes our bodies have weird ways of trying to tell us something. It could also be stress.
Either way, it is a concerning symptom and you should get in to see a doctor. They will want to run some tests on you.
Good luck.

Fatigue, bruising, headaches ...?

Recently I have been experiencing spells of extream fatigue at work, I feel just like I would before falling asleep and it seems impossible to concentrate, I usualy have to take my self outside or have a coffe or a walk or something because I do feel like I am going to just fall asleep. I have also been getting quite bad heaches, which is very unusual for me as I dont tend to get them. And the other week a friend of mine, who is training to be a beautition, was practing a leg massage one me - and I came out with lots of bruising, her teacher said it would not have been her technique and there may be soemthing wrong with me. I also experience knubness in my hands and feel sometimes, and A LOT of pins and needs, I try to keep my vitamins and mineral intakes up to help my cirulation and nervous systems but I still get them quite a lot, often it waskes me up in the night.

I just wondered if any one knew what this meant - or maybe im being a hypocondriact (no idea how to spell that! ha) .. any ideas would be great, searching this is google juts comes up with the scaries answers! ha

Symptoms - Headache, nausea, fatigue, unexplained bruises, loss of appetite, etc.?!?

So I've been feeling all of these symptoms lately and I was just hoping that maybe some of you health gurus out there would have any idea. My current theory is that it's just stress, but I don't really know.
But yes. My headache is fairly constant, though it fluctuates in the amount of pain. At it's worst it is sharp and debilitating, usually around the side of my head and behind my eyes (though it varies.) I'm also nauseous a LOT, which may or may not be related to my loss of appetite. In addition I've been noticing random bruising along my legs and some on my arms that I can't explain (and I don't bruise easily!). I've also been really tired and weak feeling, and occasionally I'll start shaking slightly to the point where it's noticable to other people.
Any ideas? I don't think it's serious enough to go to a doctor, I mean they're just gonna tell me it's stress anyway.

High bilirubin, nausea, headaches, nosebleeds and severe fatigue. What could it be?

Since 2006 I have had severe issues with nausea and fluctuating weight (dropping 20+ pounds at a time, then gaining it back within a few weeks). I have also had constant high bilirubin levels (3.5 and above).
The nausea is random and has no particular pattern. I have already tried the following remedies for the nausea:

- Low protein diet
- High carb diet
- Milk exclusion
- Fat exclusion
- Sodium exclusion
- Aciphex
- Protonix
- Various nausea medications

None of the suggested remedies have helped the problem or made them worse.
I've had clear ultrasounds that come back completely normal as well as clean blood samples with good cholesterol levels and white blood cell counts (meaning no gallstones). The only oddity is the high bilirubin.
Just recently I've started to have problems with high volumes of Aminolevulinic Acid, causing my urine to have a very moldy odor. This has only been happening for a month or so.

The only thing that I have found to ease my stomach (not stop the nausea in whole, but make it a bit milder) is to ingest high amounts of sugar (soda, marshmallows, candy, etc).

I also have started to get severe headaches and mild dizziness along with some stumbling. I've also started to get nosebleeds for the first time in my life. Another large problem is extreme fatigue, causing me to need at least 12 hours or more of sleep a day to even feel somewhat awake.

Currently I am seeing a GI specialist and there are no signs of ulcers or any other stomach issues. As said before, ultrasound came back clear and all other organs are normal looking. My doctors are currently stumped and I am hoping to get a few ideas to bounce off of them as it seems my symptoms are getting worse.
