Should I dye my hair this color?

Yes......That is a gorgeous color. However, before you do that, Alex, go to a wig salon and try on some blonde hair pieces/wigs/extensions, that match that color, just to see how you look with blond hair. Take the photo with you to the wig salon. The sales ladies, will help you...Then, if it goes with your skin tone......Have it done professionally.

What color should I dye my hair?

I want a new look for school and what color should I do in ombre or maybe all over dyed:

My hair is naturally mid brown

If you could dye your hair any color, what color would it be?

while it is possible to obtain the color Id choose, it is more difficult to reach, & maintain them most people realize. My hair is what many refer to as black, only it isn't, ( I wish it was. True black hair is incredbile! ). From a stylist point of view it is dark brown, or what some call brown/black. The rare color that compliments most with my skin type is a beige sandy brown. Think native children in various tribes located near the equator with dark sun bleached hair. The issue is most dark hair has a strong warm/red undertone that needs to be eliminated to reach that shade. Bleach, then a double process of toning to reach the color. Finally your hair is the perfect shade, only everytime you wash it the color quickly fades. So you use a color shampoo. But wait! Now the color's turning brassy! So you use a blue pigmented shampoo to correct it. Now your hair is getting dry like straw So you add a protein treatment, but then… So yes, it's the one color I'd choose, but unfortunately not worth it for me.

Should I color my hair?

Oh I understand your pain..! Synthetic dyes will ruin you hair for sure. They modify the structure of you hair to penetrate the hair shaft and colour it.Henna is a safer method as it is natural and chemical free. But there is one disadvantage i.e. your grey hair turns orange. There is a solution for this. Indigo powder; a natural powder similar to henna which can be used to get black hair. Henna your hair as usual and after rinsing it, Mix indigo powder with warm water and apply on henna treated hair. Leave it for an hour and wash it. The result will be black or dark brown hair depending on you natural hair colour. There are a few things to consider before using indigo powder.Apply indigo immediately after mixing with warm water, you don't have to wait overnight like henna.Wear gloves cause indigo will stain your skin BLUE.Indigo needs something to hold onto, so always apply it on henna treated hair as indigo will hold onto henna (orange + blue = dark brown)Do not apply indigo directly to hair without using henna first unless you want blue hair (grey hair turns blue).Indigo is completely natural and you need not worry. Good Luck.. ;)

What color should I dye my Asian Hair?

I think you should go brown. It's a very light change and very neutral. Which is what most of us go for the first time we dye our hair! I highly recommend doing it. It's a nice change. Especially when it compliments your skin tone. Me, I've got sun-bronzed brown before. It was not cool. It was a disaster color. Luckily, I know more now than I did before. I recently had dark brown and it was awesome. It matched my skin tone and everything. Very nice. The next thing I'm dyeing it is midnight blue just like you were planning to. I thought it would be pretty nice.

Can I dye my hair twice in a week with the same color?

Consider your hair type when choosing a dye.It really depends on the type of dye you are using and the current condition of your hair. Permanent or demi-permanent hair dyes should be used sparingly, and it could be very harsh on your hair. If the condition of your hair isn't right, it may not be a great idea to use oxidative dyes. Never use damaging dye on already fried, over processed hair. When using any dye with developer, (aka oxidative dyes) it is best to wait at least two weeks before coloring again. This will minimize the damage caused by the developer and ammonia in the dye. In between colorings, treat your hair to lots of oil, deep conditioning, and protein masks. Even just a simple Google search will reveal that there are many easy DIY moisturising masks. Look for store bought hair treatments that have key words such as moisture, protein, keratin, and strengthening. However if the dye you are using is semi-permanent, vegetable based dye, feel free to color your hair as often as you'd like. Semi permanent dye is my personal favorite because it is non damaging, and in addition to coming in natural colors such as black, auburn, and honey blonde, the shade ranges will more often than not include fun colors such as green, purple, and blue. Semi permanent isn't right for everyone, though. The upkeep of a semi permanent color can be much harder than a permanent dye. You'll usually have to redye your hair every six to eight weeks. This also means you could dye your hair every day, if you wanted to.Really, its just important to consider the integrity of you hair before you put it through any kind of chemical process.

What hair colour can I dye my hair after pink, besides red or black?

It’s going to depend on how faded your current color is and what dye you used. Most fashion color dyes are easy to dye over, without having to bleach if you use the color wheel and a good quality fashion dye.If you used Splat! though, you are going to have a lot more work to remove it enough to be able to dye it any other color, including black, without some of the old color bleeding through. That being said, some color options include:-Blue, depending on the shade of pink and how faded, you could end up with various shades of purple.-Raspberry or orchid. This will just be a bit more intense with a purple-red tone to it.-Orange, which depending on the shade and fade of pink could result in a sunset or peachy hue.-Purple. Try to stick to a cool tone purple-Darker auburn.Or consult a well-trained colorist familiar with fashion colors and options to change the color without bleaching.

If you dye your hair blue, what is the best color to dye it afterward?

I had a friend who dyed her hair blue over the summer. When it was time to go back to school (as unnatural colors weren't allowed), she first tried to dye her hair regular brown. Well that backfired, as her hair turned a gross brownish greenish color. After that she had to go to a salon that dyed her hair bright red, and then brown on top of that (they used red because blue hair dye fades to a greenish color) . I would recommend using a semi permanent dye, which lasts a couple months, and then using a color remover and or color removing shampoo, and then dying your hair a color with red underneath, depending on what you want your hair to look like afterwards. If you prefer a darker color, then you can dye it black with a blue undertone and it would look decently natural. I would suggest the red color first though, as I've actually seen it work. Good luck!
