Shoulder Pain. A Bit Concerning

Arm pain for a month?

So let me go little by little

About a year ago: started feeling some bruise like pain in my armpit, went away soon and didnt bother much

About 2-3 months ago: started feeling pain in my shoulder joint for a bit, like a minute or two, would come about three times a month. It would often come in class when i write.

A month ago: i was working on two posters with a lot of work, and the pain started. It was so bad i cried. It felt like my muscles were strained and burning. It was my whole arm and a bit of my neck and back.

Before the present, about half a month before: the pain decreased and stayed in the upper arm area, but still didnt make it possible for me to write. And i had to often place my hands in that postion they place your hands in when theyre broken. Like you are carrying someones arm. Also felt a bit of pain between my breast and armpit area for a while

Now: i feel a lot of discomfort in my armpit area, and there is like a faint brown hue in the armpit. Shoulder joint hurts when i move it, and if i change it from its normal postion like reaching for something, its uncomfortable to put it back in place. Theres also a clicking noise. And i started feeling pain in between breast and armpit area again, but only recently.

Upper back pain in early pregnancy?

I had the same pain around the same time as you and I think it lasted a few weeks. When I asked my midwife she said not to worry and recommended that I shouldnt lift heavy things. It helped. Massage helps as well. Also u can get pregnancy pillows which help with back pain as u advance into your pregnancy. If the pain persists go to your doctor and have it checked. Good luck with your pregnancy.

What causes pain below my jaw on the right side? Could it be Hodgkin’s Disease? Its swollen under my jaw, on the right side, on top of the neck (compared to my left side). I dont have a flu/cough or any other symptoms and I'm putting on weight!

You should see a doctor and be examined.I can't put your mind at rest based on what you've said, but I can say that two common causes of what we doctors would call "submandibular swelling" are stones in the submandibular gland and tooth decay leading to an abscess. Both are statistically roughly twice as common as Hodgkins  which is about 30 cases per million people per annum.People with cancer of all forms typically lose weight, although there are always exceptions, and yes, some people with Hodgkins do gain weight. 1/2 the adult population manages to gain weight and does not have Hodgkin's disease so you can't make too much of that in isolation. The most common lymph node site affected by Hodgkin's disease is in the neck, however, Hodgkin's disease can also cause swelling of the groin or nodes of the underarm but these swellings are usually not painful and can feel rubbery. Like most cancers Hodgkin's disease can also cause fevers, night sweats, weight loss, and even generalized itching. Hodgkin's disease may cause lymph nodes in the chest to swell, which can't be seen or felt, but can cause symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, or chest pain. Interestingly, some people with Hodgkin's disease will note pain in the lymph nodes after minimal alcohol consumption which appears to be something you've noticed. Please get a checkup ASAP.

Is celebrex safe to use for back pain?

yes. celebrex is in the category of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs). It is similar to ibuprofen, except that celebrex is more selective to a receptor called COX-2, which means that it does in fact do a pretty good job at inhibiting the pain response without interfering too much with the GI complaints seen with other NSAIDs like ibuprofen. There are so many details that i could go into concerning the different receptors, but basically the difference between Celebrex and a standard ibuprofen is that celebrex's aim was to control pain and inflammation without having an upset stomach or other GI side effects associated with a receptor called COX-1 inhibition (ibuprofen inhibits both cox-1 and cox-2, and cox-1 inhibition results in upset stomach, etc. for some people) That is what being COX-2 selective means with celebrex.

some people feel that aleve is good with back pains as well. aleve is just a different NSAID, not selective for cox-2, so it could result in a little bit of GI side effects, such as the upset stomach.

most people like celebrex, but in my opinion it is only worth taking if you experience GI side effects when taking normal ibuprofen or other NSAIDS, not to mention celebrex requires a prescription and is not cheap at all!

if your husband has any sort of heart condition, however, i would not recommend this product and i would take tylenol until you can get a new prescription for back pain.

Pain in right lung when I breath?

Yes, yes yes! go now, this can be something serious. This is bleach you are talking about, and bleach can be very toxic. Don't wait for another answer too tell you not too go, my grandmother died from bleach, because of breathing problems! If you're hearing whistling noises, than you're obviously wheezing meaning you're having trouble breathing. And in some cases "especially concerning bleach"
wheezing can turn into not being able too breath AT ALL. Go too the link in my sources, so you know where you're hurting so you can tell the doctor.

EDIT

the bleach fumes which have travelled into your lungs and thence into your blood and anywhere the blood goes throughout your body - which is everywhere except your fingernails, hair and tooth enamel.

It's usually associated with liver overload. In more severe cases it will cause vomiting which has the beneficial effect of getting rid of any toxin still in the stomach.

Your liver processes toxins to convert them into chemical complexes which can be more safely passed through your kidneys or into your colon for expulsion without damaging these organs.

Liver overload can be from too much toxins or damage to the liver or both.
Two products which can cause liver damage in humans are paracetamol (Panadol etc) and alcohol.
Stay off both of these until the nausea goes away (and preferably forever).

And keep drinking a lot of water - purified, not tap, you don't want more chlorine in there.

Why am I feeling my right temple pulsating?

I had those from about your age, now I just discovered it is caused by a gene defect in purine catabolism that causes uric acid to build up and block muscles, I also have found a way to force the sticking muscle to release and this often happens in a pulsating manner. You feel your heartbeat in your muscle, very locally.Maybe you recognize some of these?Painful shoulder joint when leaning on it for a bit? / Hard to sit straight up with crossed legsStiff neck, triggerpoint next to the shoulder blades? (Probably quite symmetrical)Pain in the side when running a bit, hard time catching your breathSensitive teethIntestinal rumbling/discomfortCold feet or hands / a stinging sensation when putting them in warm waterHad ear or bladder infection when you where youngerBloating, burping, passing a lot of gasNeed to support the arm you are raising to ask a question in class if it takes a bitIt's not a complete list, mainly the effects I can recall I had at your age. Most of them could still be faint because of your age and are dependent on how active you have been so keep that in mind. Also there could be mental effects like feeling 'different' or very self aware (uneasy when being photographed, always wondering how others perceive you). See this list Symptoms of High AcetylcholineIf you recognize yourself in this or would like me to help you assess your situation pm me, sadly there is no cure for the gene defect, yet.. I'm working on it so we could help each other :) (anyone reading this for that matter)If not let me just point you here Causes of High Uric acid, Associated Problems + Fixes - Selfhacked to take note of the defect in the purine catabolism. This is what is making the muscles stick (uric acid crystals have the shape of needle pins). I developed a technique to release those muscles, for more on that also pm me.All the best,Thijs
