Skullcandy Aviators Or The New Crushers

Sennheiser HD-280 PRO Headphones vs Skullcandy Crusher Headphones?

Hey guys, I was looking at some headphones. I was curious which pair of headphones should I get, they're both $100 as well. I do like bass in my music which is why the Crusher is very tempting with the adjustable bass levels. However, I heard that Sennheiser is a very decent brand to buy from. If you guys have other recommendations as well, I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

Skullcandy Navigator vs. Crusher?

NEITHER.

If REAL quality is an issue, you should stick to REPUTABLE brands only such as B&W, Sennheiser (most affordable), Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Audio-Technica (NOT to be mixed with Technic which is utter rubbish as well!), Etymotic or Beyerdynamic. Things like V-Moda, Klipsch, Sony, Panasonic, JVC and Philips are ONLY "okay-ish" indeed. Please do NOT fall a victim to FASHION ACCESSORIES by buying Boombox, Ministry of Sound, Sol/Republic/Revolution, Noontec Zoro's, Benetton, a-jays, iFrogz, Marley, Fanny Wang, Razer, Karl Kani, WESC, Turtle, JH, Dr.Dre/Beats/Solo, Ludacris/Soul, Koss, Skullcandy, Lady GaGa, Skullcrushers, Monsters nor Bose, because they are ALL seriously overhyped and overpriced "fashion blingbling gimmicks" with a very poor durability and sound quality, NOTHING else (and those who try to claim they are good do NOT know ANYTHING about QUALITY anyway!), BE THEM FAKE OR NOT!

Also, please do NOT focus on the thumping bass that just distorts everything else, instead go for GOOD audio quality IN GENERAL.

Skullcandy mix masters vs skullcandy crushers vs beats studio?

NONE of those are good, sorry!

Where can I buy Skullcandy cushion pads in India?

You need not to find it specifically for your earphones. If SkullCandy company is not selling spare cushion pads for their your earphones, you don't need to worry about it.I had the same problem,as rat ate cushion pads of my Seinheiser earphones.I also tried to find it everywhere, but I couldn't find it from company itself. You can buy it from any your nearby stores, who sales Mobile and electronic accessories. They are generic in shape and size. So they will fit with your earphones.

Should I get beats by dre or skullcandy?

Stay away from ANYTHING made by Monster. They make nothing but overpriced JUNK. It's been scientifically proven on other forums by industry professionals. I have a pair of skullcandy skull crushers, they sound great, fit soft as butter and have build in powered subwoofers. Yes you read that right.

Also, skullcandy just came out with a line called aviators that sound interesting.

Headphones: Bose, Skullcandy, or Beats by Dr. Dre?

Hi Natalie. You just listed what are probably the three most over-rated headphone companies out there.

You can get much better headphones for the same money from established headphone companies such as Sennheiser, Shure, Audio Technica, Grado, etc etc

If you're looking at the Beats and Bose then I'm assuming you have about $200 to spend on your new headphones. The current champs at that price level are the Audio Technica ATH-M50 which sound incredible and only cost around $150. Another headphone worth listening to would be the Sennheiser HD25-1 II at $200. Note that these are both closed-back headphones so will cut out any outside noise and keep your music private - great for noisy environments, commuting etc. If you want the headphones for just listening at home, then the Grado SR225i might be better. This is an open-backed headphone and as such has a bigger, more open sound, but you'll be able to hear what's going on around you, and if you turn up the volume then everyone will hear your music.

If you really want to make sure that you get the best headphone for your money, you should spend some time looking at reviews on http://www.head-fi.org . The headphone addicts there have reviewed just about every headphone in the world, so you should be able to find lots of opinions on the headphones you mentioned, and also the ones I recommended. Read the reviews, make a list of the headphones you're interested in trying (by all means include the Bose and Beats), and then head out to a store that will let you listen to them with your own iPod and your own music. Spend some time comparing and buy whichever one sounds the best to you. And enjoy!
