Stressed Out Senior Year Advice

Senior year stress, and college?

My senior year is starting in less than a week. I am really stressed. I am going to take three AP classes, and I am really stressed about them. I never took AP classes before and from what students and teachers say, I would have to study these subject everyday an hour at least to ace the subject. I am taking three subjects which means I will have to study three hours a day, plus the studying and assignments from other subjects, SATs, TOEFL, college searches, applications, essays, extracurricular activities, and etc.. I am afraid I would not have time for all of this, get stressed, and lose hope. I do not want to lose hope because this year is what determines my college future. I do not live in the US, nor am I a citizen or anything, but I wish to study in the US. I have tried the Cappex to check my chances of getting into the colleges that have been in my mind, and I was really disappointed. None of the colleges I tried passed the medium bar. I did not participate in extracurricular activities in my high school years, but I am planning to join some in my senior year, which will add to the stress. The other factors are alright, or will be hopefully soon.
I have received some e-mails from interested colleges but these colleges do not have the major I want to study.

Can you guys give me advice on how to handle these stresses. AP classes advice. Time management advice. Good engineering colleges anywhere in the world? College applications advice. College essays advice. SAT advice. TOEFL advice. Any advice that would help me throughout my senior year.

Sorry for the long details, and thank you for your time and help. Appreciate it!

My junior year is so stressful? Advice?

It's only been three weeks and I'm already on the verge of pulling my hair out! Here it is:

-I have one AP English class and the rest are regular
-My history teacher never gives us work and goes off topic a lot now all of a sudden we have a big asss project while he hasn't really taught us anything. And he takes role after the bell rings, in which I'm late to my next class.
-I recently got into journalism last Fri. I thought it would be fun since I love writing but not! I missed two weeks of that class cuz my counselor took long to change my classes so now I'm having a hard time and my teacher wants me to finish an article within a day while I have so much hw on my other classes. And guess what? I have a new laptop and I haven't even got Microsoft on it! I wish the class would slow down!
-My algebra, chem and other classes aren't AP, they're just so hard and add up to my stress

Yes I do feel pressured to have good grades because in my freshman and sophomore years, I got good grades. Now as a junior, I have never been this stressed before and rven my parents realize how heavy I've been acting lately.

Any advice? :(

(Wrong category, I didn't know where to put it)

Does your senior year of high school go by fast?

I was a high-school senior about six years ago, which to me feels--like only months ago really, its friggin CRAZY how fast time flies by. But for my senior year, class 07; it started out pretty fast, i have to say. I was really stressed out over applications, senior events, raising my gpa, and portfolios and tests so I didn't notice sh*t.

Then it went by REALLY slow, like probably after winter break. It ain't even funny, dude, those couple of months took forever!

Maybe its because i was counting down the days for graduation, for prom, for our senior trip, and just to hear back from colleges--so I was pretty much aware of EACH day. I froze my life, just waiting for the end of the year. Like I seriously remember marking down the days of February, March, and April on my school agenda, and just hoping for it to go by faster because I was going crazy. I did not enjoy my senior year as much as I should have though, to be honest. I mean, prom was fun, and our trip was fun!

But that entire year, man. I was too focused on my class work, I made my parents spend a fortune over nothing! I didn't even date, because I was a prude and scared of trying out stuff and ruining my reputation. I just needed to take it easy, really. I was one uptight a*s student.

So my advice for you (even though you did NOT ask for one) is to just RELAX. Try to stay on top of everything without overworking--trust me once youre in college you will look back to high-school and think "wow, i really needed to chill out back then" But at the same time, don't get lazy either. TRY not to fuss too much about being a senior, because you won't be able to enjoy it as much. Time going by fast really just depends on how you occupy your time, and you should do so in a way where there's no peer pressure, no stress, and no drama for you. Spend time with your friends and classmates, and family! Make new connections with people. Develop new memories, try out new things! Do something new. Develop a new sense of style, with your hair or clothes. If you haven't dated yet, give it a try! If you're in a relationship? Don't make it your priority! You're only a senior once, and you should make it a year where you can look back and smile. Not cringe! Like I do -___-

My stress is eating me alive I need advice?

Therapy sessions would be ideal. You should take an antidepressant like zoloft. Exercise helps depression tremendously as well as a bit of sun. Do something positive with your free time. Something you will enjoy that will also help others. Unselfish volunteering makes the heart feel warm. Volunteer at an animal shelter, join a young peoples reading club, read The Bible to the elderly in a nursing home. These things will make you feel good and will fill your brain with thoughts of positivity and not depressing thoughts. My best wishes for you.

If I need to make up 1.5 credits during my senior year will can I graduate on time? is is possible or do I have to be a super senior?

Okay, so this will be my senior year of high school and I am really stressed out. It seems like everyone is more stressed about prom, and I feel like I'm not going to graduate. I'm willing to put in maximum effort if it is even remotely possible. If anyone has any advice on how to achieve this it would be immesntly appreciated. Thank you (:
