TV Shows like misfits and skins?
I've been watching misfits for the past year and have watched skins before and have been watching season 5 of misfits as every episode comes out and misfits comes to a end very soon. Looking for a TV show similar to it. One thing that makes or breaks a TV show for me is the humor. I love the extremely vulgar and funny humor in misfits and I love how they capture all the drugs and killing and teenage life In skins. I basically love shows that go off the edge and aren't typical boring TV shows and British TV shows always seem to be better then US TV shows when they do that. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

I loved watching skins and i just watched all of misfits seasons yesterday, im looking for another British show that is similar to these too...ive been looking around but haven't find anything yet. any suggestions on what i might enjoy?! preferably something thats on E4...since thats where skins and misfits are on.

ive heard good things about the inbetweeners. and there's a movie called cherrybomb with rupert grint and robert sheehan that kinda reminds me of skins (you can find it on youtube). but nothing beats skins!

i finished skins recently and now i have nothing else to watch.. i've started to watch bad education but im up to date with the episodes. if you're going to suggest misfits then what is it about? i heard they have superpowers or something and the idea of fantasy stuff like that doesn't really appeal to me. i really liked skins, so a teen drama like that would be good. also ik about degrassi. - i prefer british shows over american or australian. n-n xx

I'm on the hunt for a new show to watch. Over the last few years, I've watched all of the seasons of skins, misfits, US version of shameless, and just finished my mad fat diary. Anything else, british or american, that is similar to these shows?

Read Bret Easton Ellis. Most of his books have been adapted into very famous and successful films (Rules of Attractions, American Psycho, Less Than Zero), and his writing is very raw and vivid and for the young. Also, when you read - "cheat". When my mum used to force me into reading, I'd pick up one of his books and "cast" famous actors. One character would be played by Robert Pattinson, the other by Zac Efron, the other by Blake Lively, etc, etc. Start with Rules of Attractions. It will make Skins look all very dull. I guarantee. Do you like Skins or Misfits better?
I've watched both of the show and i am talking about the good Skins, UK Skins. I miss them so much and I can't wait until Misfits starts again later this year. I am wondering how season three of Misfits will be like without Nathan though. are you going to miss his perverted jokes and his personality? What do you think will happen in the online episode that explains his leave? If you like one better than the other, why do you like it better? Also, if you live in the US like me, how would you feel if we have these two shows air here? Thanks! :)
