Are there any good ecchi, comedy animes that are more than just 4 seasons and dubbed?
Honestly, no. Ecchi anime very rarely get more than a season or two, and the same goes for comedy, and I don’t know what you mean by ‘just 4 seasons’ - that’s a LOT more than almost any anime get, exluding the multi hundred episode monsters like Naruto and One Piece. The closest I can think of is Highschool DxD, but I hesitate (refuse) to call that good after the disaster that is season 3. Your best bet is to go with translated manga, there’s plenty there

Good Ecchi, comedy and adventure animes?
Queen's blade is about as ecchi as it gets. . i don't think there are any male characters in it though, but there is a lot of action actually. Demon king daimo is a decent anime. . it's a classic setup of a guy surrounded by hot chicks with a guy as a sidekick. Bakemonogatari and its sequal nisemonogatari are probably the best, in terms of quality, for ecchi anime. shuffle is a classic romance. A guy has a bunch of chicks that all like him and he chooses one. There's one scene where you see a girls chest full on, but i think that's the extent of the nudity. To love ru is an average anime. but as far as ecchi anime go it's the holy grail. you'll definately like this one. Legend of legendary heroes is an epic adventure, comedy anime. It's about a guy who has an incredible gift that gives him powers. But it's a taboo. He befriends a girl and they go on an adventure. It's pretty awesome. Clannad and kanon 2006 are very similar. they are both made by the same author. they are both really good school romance, not very eechi though. Kaze no stigma is fairly ecchi, it has a nice amount of action, and it's got some romance. It's about a weakling in a family who develops a power and becomes the strongest. it has a more serious tone than most ecchi anime but it's still worth a watch Unfortunately ecchi anime are not great. These are the only ones i would deem worth watching.
What are some good Anime fantasy, ecchi, romance, comedy? (Seikoku no Dragonar)?
I'm watching right now Seikoku no Dragonar, and for some reason I am just in love with the fact that the main character is taking care of Eco like a baby. LIKE ITS ADORABLE. Does anyone have know any other anime where the main character takes special care of a girl his age. I've watched Sakurasou no Pet na Kanoj, I loved it. I'm wanting to find an anime where the girl is dependent on the main character and the MC is chill about taking care of her. No pervert stuff, just good, comedy, ecchi...when I mean echo I mean the same stuff in Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo where she can be naked around MC, same as in Seikoku no Dragonar. HELP ME PLZ
