What are the Best no-frills out-of-ear headphones?

I'd go for the Sennheiser HD25SP, I gave my Sister a set and she loved them (she's no spring chicken either, she's got Grandkids, lol).

Poll: What are the best headphones to use in a library?

HEADPHONES VS. EARPHONES The sound between headphones and in-ear earphones are in simple terms distinctive. one can not say better or worse aside from their own determination. The headphones would have a lot extra air bypass. I personaly do unlike headphones because of the fact they are cumbersome, heavy and that they make my ears too heat after a couple of minutes. The in-ear earphones are much better for sound isolation, precision (for the reason which you pays attention at a a lot decrease volume), performance (no amps are required), and the song performs "interior" your head fairly than from left and correct. one challenge to bear in mind is that for the time of-ear earphones will exceptionally much in no way sound their terrific interior the 1st few days so that is taken into consideration necessary which you supply them a minimum of two weeks of non-supply up use and likewise because of the fact the sound is very based on the familiar of the seal you get so attempting all distinctive sleeves are a would desire to!

Headphones only working in one ear?

This sounds more like a plug problem.

Look at the plug from the headphones that you plug into the computer. You'll see that it has three separate connections -- the tip, ring, and sleeve. ( I can't describe it any better than those names.) The sleeve is the ground, the tip carries the left ear's signal, and the ring carries the right ear's signal. When you plug this in, there are just three springy little metal contacts in the computer that touch each of these three spots on the plug to make the electrical connection. There's rarely a problem with the tip or sleeve, but the contact for the ring is delicate at best. I imagine it is barely making connection and as you move around, thereby moving the cord, that ring connection is broken.

Here's the test: When the sound in the right ear fails, take hold of the plug and GENTLY wiggle it around a bit. If the sound starts up, even for a moment, then you've found the problem. (If it doesn't, I don't know what the problem is.)

How to fix it? If you can open the computer and get at the jack (into which you insert the plug), maybe you can push that ring contact a little closer to the ring. If not, you can go to your local RadioShack (which for once has the right stuff) and buy an (amazingly expensive) package of two little tubes of "Deoxit Connector Cleaner, Enhancer & Protector". Put a little of the cleaner on the plug and push it into the jack and back out a few times. Give it a minute to dry. Then put some of the protector (Deoxit Pro Gold) on the plug and stick that back in there. May help, won't hurt.

What are the best quality loudest headphones?!?

Take time to read, please:

Try Sennheisers, Shures, AKGs, Grados, Beyerdynamics, Etymotics, ATHs, Bose. These are better and some are cheaper (although Bose is expensive). Sennheiser is the most affordable, I think. I own a bunch of Sennheisers (HDs 201, 280 PRO, 428 and 448) and they sound way better than Beats.

So don't buy Beats because:

Beats are just overpriced fashion accessories. Same goes to Skullcandy, Soul by Ludacris, etc. They're sh^t. I have friends who are audiophiles. I also have friends who are gullible, and they have Beats, Soul by Ludacris and Skullcandy. When we got together to compare our headphones, I compared my Sennheiser HD 280 PRO to a Beats Pro, and the Beats was just blown away. And you won't believe it, my HD 280's worth $99.99 (I bought it at that price) and the Beats Pro is like, $300ish? Its not worth the money.

Oh, and don't tell me that I am cheap/jealous. I have Beats Studio and Pros too, so, yeah I'm not cheap/jealous :)). I already sold my Studios.

Good brands:
Sennheisers, Shures, AKGs, Grados, Beyerdynamics, Etymotics, ATHs, Bose

Piece of Crap brands:
Beats, Soul by Ludacris, Skullcandy, etc. Although there are some exceptions in Skullcandy.

What is the best no-frills used car?

According to Consumer Reports, the best used car currently is the Pontiac Vibe.  It managed to put the engine and drive train of a Toyota into the body of a Pontiac.  The car was so good, the GM, in their infinite wisdom, discontinue both it and the joint venture with Toyota.  That's why Mary Barra is spending so much time defending her company from federal scrutiny over its negligence.

How do you keep your in-ear headphones from falling out while running?

Any in-ear earbud will stay in your ear while running if it fits properly. Just find some you like the sound with and go run. The only real “tricks” I do to ensure they stay in is using memory foam pads for them (the standard silicone ones that come with 90% of earbuds just feel icky to begin with. Plus the memory foam will not create suction on the ear if you push it in hard since air can leak through the foam to normalize the pressure. I usually use relatively cheap earbuds. If I lose them or they get wet, no biggie. On daily runs, I use an iPod shuffle that I clip it to my hat, bundle the cable up and hold it down with the Velcro strap of the headband adjustment for the hat. Running anything over 18 miles or so, particularly for a marathon or ultra, I'll clip the Shuffle to my Fuel Belt and run the earbud cable up my back and safety pin the “Y” of the cable to the back collar of my shirt. That leaves me free to easily take my hat off to pour some water on my head or turn my hat backwards from time to time as part of cooling off a bit.The Yurbuds are marketed to be THE buds that won't fall out but they are the only ones I actually have trouble keeping in (and I have two different pairs and, yes, I know how to properly insert and lock them in place). I'm just sticking with some cheap ones I love…some old Memorex buds EB110 that I think were discontinued a while back but you can still snag them on eBay for 10–15 bucks. For earbuds, they have very decent bass response. The memory foam pads can be bought on eBay very cheap (likely out of China) but you get something like 3–4 pairs for just a few bucks. They lock onto any earbuds I own.Hope this helps. Keep running!

It has an exceptional  5 inch ,1080p JDI display, a very good camera in this range. the pictures taken are almost true to life.. it has snapdragon 615 - octacore chipset..which performs pretty good( i play games like bombsquad, reaper, etc.. small games and i haven't played high end games like modern combat 5, gta etc.. ) and the phone heats up a while after intense gaming (say after 10-15 mins.)If u love MIUI this is the best phone..regarding camera its good for normal photos..and not that  great if u are up for landscape photography( i mean for a professional-photography) ..

Would you prefer on-ear or over-ear headphones?

Hello~~Everything has its other side, so I can not exactly tell you which are better than another one, I just want to show them which their benefits and drawbacks, you can take a consider~~over-ear headphones:1. The over-ear headphones have the strong sealing ability and are comfortable to wear. It is a kind of ear protector that can cover the whole auricle.2. The noise-preventing ear cover is composed of two circular shells connected by the arch frame, which is provided with sound absorbing materials and sealing washer. It is suitable for the environment with high noise, and the sound attenuation can be up to 10 ~ 30dB.3. It is more convenient to use than earplug, and it does not enter the ear, so as to avoid bruising the ear canal and causing infection.4. The disadvantages of the headset are poor portability, which is not suitable when the weather is hot and easy to mess up the hairstyle, resulting in hair loss. Also, the noise-proof earmuffs are less effective than the noise-proof earmuffs and work when you can't sleep.In-ear headphones:1. Have relatively large damage to the ear, and wear at a high volume for a long time can easily damage the hearing2. The in-ear earphone has low impedance. It is portable and convenient.Just for your reference. if you want to know more kinds of headphones, read this: ArkarTech Official Blog
