I'm not sure what else there is you need. K is +1, I is -1, Pb(II) is +2, and acetate (CH3COO-) is -1. The net charge on all the compounds has to be zero, so you need the same number of cations and anions on both sides of the equation. The example shown above is a double displacement reaction (AB + CD ----> AC + BD).
