Former Hugo Boss employee here. The keywords to describe these would be a "brogue" shoe in "pebbled leather". Given the shape of the shoe, where it meets the hem of the trouser, I'm thinking this could be a boot, and not a shoe.I can't find the exact model. And I bet you already know it. - Exactly, it is google.com All you have to do is select 'Images' in the tabs in the left corner, then drag the picture into the google search field and google will then scan the picture with advanced algorithms and find results looking similar to the picture

I really like them. They seem to be a hightop leather shoe, with straps or buckles on the top, and also have a thin sole.
