How to pay in Argos for a reserved item?
I reserved an item in Argos off the website to my local store, but surely you just don't walk up to the counter where everybody else is waiting and ask for your stuff? Could someone please tell me what to do as I do not want to look an idiot tomorrow?

You don't even need to show the phone. Just tell them the reservation number (before the reservation period expires which should be sent to your mobile with the number), pay for it and collect. It's so easy and you know you won't have a wasted trip to store.

I ask because I wanted to buy my husband a camera for Christmas, but we'll be together most of the day. I found the one I want online, and I'll be able to pick it up later today and pay at the store. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind fighting the crowds to get the best deal. I just don't want him to know what I'm buying. it says it's available in my local store, so is there any way I can reserve one to pick up later?
What does In stock, reserve now to collect mean ?
I'm pretty sure it means that they got the item in stock again and reserve it so you can receive it when its ready for pick up, delivery, etc.
Has anyone ever ordered something from the BOOTS website?
I have ordered from Boots online before, but it was for home delivery, however you can reserve online for collection in store the next day but it is only on certain items. The best thing to do is go through the ordering process and if you can't reserve it for pick up, simply remove it from the basket, thus cancelling the order, nothing lost.
