I do about 100 crunches and 100 reverse crunches daily..if you can do more go for it.

Start by lying on your back with your legs perpendicular to the ground, knees very slightly bent and feet in the air, crossed at the ankles.

Keep your arms on the floor next to you or place them comfortably behind your head.

Rest your head on the floor, relax your shoulders and keep your back straight.

Slowly lift your hips 1 to 2 inches off the floor, which will raise your legs and feet a few inches higher. Avoid rolling your hips backward and thus bending your back.

Hold this position for just a moment. Squeeze your abdominal muscles and keep your head and shoulders flat against the floor.

Slowly lower your hips back to the floor.

How do I get a flat stomach WITHOUT exercise?

Sorry to say, but it is pretty much impossible to get flat stomach without exercise.

BUT, there is a shorter way to get flat stomach just by doing few minutes of exercises every day!

First you have to jog or jump rope for 30minutes at least. (try jump roping while listening to music, its really fun). 2nd you need to eat healthy, never drink soda, candies, fast food, and eat lots of fruits and protein. 3rd, do some ab exercises to make your stomach tight.

Can i have flat stomach without any exercise???

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

How do dancers get such a flat stomach?

I have been a dancer for years and I am 15, 5'4'', and 108lbs. I know I'm not fat at all but I have a tummy =( I don't feel comfortable in tight things like leotards, tight shirts, and especially bikinis. I'm not expecting to have a perfect body or anything, I just am looking for a way to lose my belly fat.

BY THE WAY I take like 5 dance classes a week so I get plenty of cardio. And my abs feel pretty strong, I just have the fatty layer over it below my belly button.

Would it work if I do ab exercises every day? or is every day too much? or will this not work ?

How do I get a flat stomach?

Today is February 2nd and I'm leaving for a ski trip with my school on 11th. There's going to be a swimming area at the hotel we are staying at, and obviously I will be wearing a bathing suit. So I kind of need to get rid of my extra tummy fat. So you know, I'm about 5' 5" and I weigh 130 in the morning (that's before eating anything). Please give any advise that you have. I am desperate, I'll do anything except starve myself, because I know that doesn't do anything except make you a) feel awful and b) it makes you gain weight due to the fact that your body thinks it's starving. Also, I'm not worried about my weight so much as the fat I have. And I know muscle is heavier than fat. Thanks everyone for their help. [:
