This product was discontinued by the FDA for so many obvious reasons. Imitating coke in every kind of way, pics of suggestive coke use, terminology like buying "bricks" cut it up and enjoy the rush". I'm not complaining here or lecturing, but this one was out of control and ridiculous.

herbalife products have very questionable efficacy.

The so called diet/ supplement drinks are no better or different to any of the other so called supplements that you can buy over the counter and when you get sick of drinking them your weight will come back on very readily.

save your money , the reality is there is NO QUICK FIX for weight loss, in fact rapid weight loss and supplement drinks can be harmful.

Stop the fast food , stop the lazy options ( diet shakes are lazy options). eat properly , plenty of vegetables and drink lots of water and gentle exercise. You will feel better and will keep the weight off in the long term.

The only weight you will lose with herbalife is in your wallet.

Not sure if you'll see big energy gains, but you may see an improvement in recovery and overall muscle gain. The downside could be going into that workout bloated if the protein shake doesn't sit well for some reason.Personally, I'd do both. (If I could afford it, hah!)Have a whey-BCAA boosted shake before hand. After have a Casein shake (With Creatine and maybe a multivitamin) immediately after.
