Help i want to lose 20 pounds!! Im 15!?

I weigh 154 pounds but you wouldnt know it and im 15. Im not flabby or anything but i wanna tone up and lose 20 pounds. Sometimes i get out to walk at the weekend but i dont really have time after school etc.. I have an exercise bike - how long should i do per day?? Iv tried exercises from Seventeen but they never really worked for me, I want exercises mostly for the stomach area!!

Here's what i eat normally

Breakfast: yoghurt & fruit or nothing
Lunch: yoghurt, small bar of chocolate, fruit, sometimes a portion of chicken goujons
Dinner: pasta or french fries, chicken, salad
Snacks: cereal, cookie
I mainly drink water, cranberry juice and the occasional bottle of coke!

So what can i do to lose weight?? No rude comments please!!
