What would your dream house be like?

It would have a long paved private driveway, that goes down to an oceanfront home on a acre. The outside of the house would be a heritage home, painted red and white. Inside would be four bedrooms two with walk in closets, a loft and three bathrooms. The inside would have wood floors, neutral paint, crown molding and a spiral staircase with lots of architectural detailing. The kitchen would look somewhat like this: http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-14686306-beautiful-kitchen.php?st=9a62d05

What's your dream house?

What's your sign, Midheaven?

My dream house is a brick house, 3 stories, with a garden, lots of gardens. Live near the mountains, probably in Colorado or Florida. I want a fire place, with a library room. Each room decorated (comfortably) greens, reds, blues, ocean green, lime green, etc. I want a huge bed, bedroom, a balcony in my room, long staircases. & more. What about your dream HOUSE. It will be interesting to hear.

Tell me about your dream house?

I live in in L.A the bad parts.
My house is a 2bathroom 4 bedroom average house
My dream house is a 2 story house and my room I would have 3 walls and the forth would be a giant fish tank to make up for the fourth portion of the wall with exotic cool looking fish and I would want a big kitchen with a full fridge and awesome cooking instruments
A living room big enough for family and friends to all hang out in 4 bathrooms 5 to 6 rooms customized for anyone fulfilling those rooms and a guest room with a 50" TV and amazing mattress and big bed that will make it feel like it's your room
A backyard suitable for big parties for family and friends and 2/3 BBQ Pitts with built in stoves and toasters and what u need for cooking basically just a good living situation that'll be nice
And if I had to pick a place if pick from either on Venice beach viewing the people and the ocean , Downtown L.A viewing the entire city, or a view of Miami

What do you need in your dream house?

Rather smallish yet roomy, made of stone and timber - and or perhaps mud ? Somewhere - located by the foot of the bavarian alps? I need light through ribbed windows - a bathtub, a lake near the house, An open kitchen with a big wooden table, an attic room for guests, another large room kind of morphing into the kitchen with bookshelves, desk, an old sofa, some old cosy seats, a big, thick rug in front of the open fireplace - huge fourposter bed somewhere - old big warderobe . door leading directly out to the porch/verandah and some steps down into the forest and the meadows and mountains..
No other building in sight, but village not too far away..
a garden with high grass and huge flowers - nice trees and blackberry brambles - but then the house jumps to a town, and looks a bit different .. (But it's a dream house - so it can do that!) And a great heating system, htat never fails, and always enough wood, chopped, in case it does fail..Oh, and some chickens and veggy beds.. perhaps my own porklets..

What would your dream house look like and where would it be located?

I already know I am really going to enjoy answering this.I have lived in apartments all my life so it has become quite boring and monotonous for me. I have always dreamt of living in a big bungalow or a mansion (if possible :p ) because I love big houses which have spacious bedrooms, a garden ,a beautiful backyard, an amazing terrace and a beautiful fireplace. The 2 places I would love to have my house in are England and India (my country). Here are some pictures from my Pinterest board.I absolutely love wooden decor with brick walls and a rustic look to the interiors of the house. If I ever become this wealthy I would love to build such a house for my parents in a beautiful town away from hustle-bustle of the cities and their noisy nature.
