Is it anything goes?If you are a bass, there are not many lead singer popular songs to choose from. There are a lot of bass rappers. And, many of their lines are fairly sophisticated. So, there will be a lot of work.A bass might pick something like, “Memories” from Cats.But, are you a tenor? Or, a baritone.Country music favors the baritone singers. Sam Hunt is very popular right now. “Take Your Time” is a big hit. But, you have to master a talking verse, which is as tricky as rapping.
