Watermelon Barbecue Sauce Prep. Time: 4:30 Serves: 24 6 lbs. seedless watermelon - rind removed 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 Tbsp. onion powder 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1 cups packed brown sugar 1/2 cup sherry 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. hickory smoked salt ½ cup vinegar ½ cup yellow mustard few dashes Tabasco -Cut the melon into pieces and place in a saucepan. -Cook uncovered over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the melon is the consistency of applesauce (approximately 2-3 hours). Mash watermelon then strain to remove pulp. -Add remaining ingredients to watermelon liquid. -Simmer uncovered on LOW in a crocpot for 4-5 hours, or on low on stove top for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

My Boyfriend doesn't want to hang out for 4th of July?
I asked my boyfriend what was going on tomorrow for 4th of July, and his response was "I don't know yet, I'll let you know if were going to hang out"......I mentioned to him last friday about 4th of July what "we" were going to do and he said I don't know whatever you want to do, now he all of a sudden doesn't remember saying that. I know he has been stressed out lately, but I am his GIRLFRIEND! If he had something to do wouldn't he say it? He said he is going to let me know tonight if were hanging out tomorrow.....I don't know how to react, should I be understanding since he has been stressed out, or be rude because he seems to just be waiting around to give me an answer because he may have something better to do... :(
