Anyone who says that you dont need medication obviously doesnt have ADD. It is nothing to do with your diet or exercise, I have tried literally everything under the sun to treat mine, everything you can think of. Some people mainly Scientologists have it out for all types of psychiatric medicine even though they saved my life. The truth is, I have ADHD so I take Concerta. The best choice for you is to see your doctor about it. Oh and my condition improved very slightly with a good diet and exercise, but definitely not enough.
