Can someone translate these pictures from Japanese to English?

I bought this first item at a thrift store today and I'm just curious what it says. I'm pretty sure it's Japanese, and my guess as to what it is exactly is a pencil holder. Anyway, here's the front and the back.

And this second item is just a little plastic square I got a while back. I think someone told me once that it was the Japanese equivalent of "no solicitors" and I'd just like to double check that.

Thanks in advance!

Can Someone Translate these Dragonball Pictures from Japanese to English?

Taking into account that it's a doujin (unofficial) Dragon Ball manga:

熱闘 超サイヤマン
Nettō Sūpā Saiya Man
(Fierce Fight! Super Saiya Men)

Note: This is the title. It says サイヤマン (Saiya Man), but in this manga multiple Super Saiyans from the manga/anime Dragon Ball fight as a team, just like Power Rangers. So it should be more appropriate to translate it in plural as "Saiya Men".
In Dragon Ball there are warriors called 超サイヤ人, which is read as スーパーサイヤじん Sūpā Saiya-jin (Super Saiyans), rather than ちょうサイヤじん Chō Saiya-jin:
http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%82%B5%E... (Japanese Wikipedia)
So it's rather highly probable that the 超 in 超サイヤマン is also read as スーパー (super).

STUDIO ヤッホイ!
SUTAJIO Yahhoi!
(STUDIO Yahhoi!)

Note: This is the (amateur) manga artist's name. "Yahhoi" is a place name from Dragon Ball.

[LAST FRAME]

(SOUND EFFECT)
ピース
Pīsu
(Peace!)
Note: This is a very Japanese gesture for "look at me!"; we do a V sign when taking a picture or when we want to attract attention, very often saying ピース pīsu ("peace"). ピースサイン pīsu sain ("peace sign") is yet another name of "V sign".

なんだ
こいつっっ
Nanda, koitsu!?
(What is he doing!?)

Note: This line literally translates to "What(Who) is he!?", but that's something Goku would never say to his son Gohan, so I translated it like above.

貴重な
カラーの
トリをっっっ
Kichō na karā no tori wo.
(What is he doing in this precious last frame of the color pages!?)

Note: トリ tori (取り if written in kanji) is a slang term meaning "the last performer/performance", or often simply "the last". It originally referred to the last performer in the Japanese-style entertainment show 寄席 yose.
