you can use some apps like MyappSharer to extract ‘.apk’ into your bluestacks internal storage and then use export to computer app in bluestack to get into pc and then you can copy it to your mobile .
Is BlueStacks safe?
I use it and it's pretty awesome :) Anyway, it's not a virus definitely. Some things to note though: Bluestacks is an android virtual machine. It runs android on your computer basically. This enables you to play android apps. It has a huuuuugggge list of input mappings so even games that require multitouch can be played with a mouse and keyboard :) The default bluestacks launcher is annoying. I suggest you head over to the play store and install your own launcher (I recommend ADW - the best free launcher IMO). Then hit the home button, check "use always" and select your new launcher. It has very specific graphics driver needs, and will ask to install its own driver on some computers. This might take a while and may make your screen look weird for one or two minutes. Once it's done, it's fine. Simple apps don't lag at all. However most games have a couple of lag spikes here and there. Its FPS is not bad though. It's not impossible to uninstall but it's annoying. The best way is to use the windows uninstaller located in control panel > programs > uninstall a program. Then delete any remaining files, startup shortcuts, etc. I'm sure there's a guide for this on xda forums or something. Hope this helps!

Install one of these apps (or any file explorer/manager) to browse your files: Root Explorer File Manager you can also use dropbox on windows and in android to sync files files between windows and sd card folder in BlueStacks.

Incase anybody was still wondering...First open blue stacks. Click on facebook. At the bottom you see sign up. Click it which opens the browser. Go into the browser to the website that has the .apk file you want...Download it. Once it finishes click the menu button at the bottom that looks like three lines. Click more then click downloads. Click the .apk and install.... Voila

By default, the files are downloaded in /sdcard/Download/.This can be easily accessed by using any file explorer.
