I am not sure if there is, but beware. If you order your cigs from another state you may be held responsible to pay the taxes for them in your own state. I go to college with a guy whose only job is making collection calls to people who owe cig tax money. Check on that before you buy cigs online for sure...before someone calls you and says you owe $400.00

Well a breeder is selling me a pet and the one payment method was Paypal and I'm wondering if it safe & if i'm covered by Paypal. The other methods were bank transfer, paying upfront, western union/ money gram. I would pay up front but the breeder is 3 hours away from me.
