I'm pushing IFTTT for a OneNote "channel" (service with triggers) so I can dump my favorites in an application/website I actually use: OneNote is on all my devices and easily searchable, but I'm using my favorites feedreader, NewsBlur, to save my favorites right now. But dumping your favorites into a note app would seem the best way to save/search favorites. (If only IFTTT supported OneNote! They said maybe one day... they do have OneDrive, so it's possible I'll see it soon.)Find on Twitter/Favorites page: Finally, the old ctrl-F on Twitter itself: go to your Favorites by selecting "Me" then "favorites" (you can load and search another user's favorites, as well), load as many as you want by hitting "end" several times, until you get to the start date you want to search (or until you reach the end of the favorites), and then ctrl+F to find a word on that page.
