I think Remote working can be defined as a fast growing work trend wherein the employees can carry out their respective duties or jobs from anywhere they wish to and they need not commute to a work place..Remote working is actually a perk for both an employee or an organisation. For example organisations these days prefer hiring interns or employees for handling the external work (social media handle, promoting the organisation or writing blogs, etc)..
