The issue could be that the "account stopped syncing" due to some reason i.e. password change etc.Apparently, the previous answer was wrong because send button is enabled even with an empty To field.( Previous answer: Please add an email ID in the To field and the send button should magically be activated!Edit-1: There is no point of send button being enabled if there is no recipient added in To field. It is safe to keep it disabled to avoid unexpected scenarios.)

Often you might notice that you are not receiving any emails or your emails are not going through. If you have configured your account on a mobile device or in an ipad always make sure the POP and IMAP server in your account are enabled. If these two are turned off in your account then this problem could be because of this. To check this server settings you just have to log into your account and go to forwarding option under the settings. Can't send email to yahoo addresses.?

I work for a small business, we have customers and prospects that utilize yahoo email. Recently, within the last two weeks, we can't send from our domain to yahoo recipients. We thought the problem was resolved but it has re-appeared. Has anybody else experienced this? We do not send bulk emails, and we only email people who ask us to send them information about our products - no spamming. We've sent requests to yahoo to be whitelisted but receive no response after the initial confirmation that they received our request. Our error returned on the undeliverable mail is 421 message temporarily deferred. Any ideas on how we can continue to send to yahoo mail and actually have our mail delivered?? Thanks in advance. Sandy

Why can't I send an email to a particular domain on Exchange 2013?

When you receive that error message it usually this means that the email address does not exist in the domain. However, your question implies that the domain is the source of the problem. If you cannot sent to any email address at a particular domain then you need to check for the existence of the domain. I use nslookup to see if it exists in DNS.nslookup -type=mx quora.comThis would give the mail exchangers for the domain quora.com.Another possible technique is to use the “Mail Server Test Center” on dnsstuff.com .You give it the email address and it will determine if it is a valid email domain and execute several tests to verify function.
