Why Is My Poop Wakes Me In The Morning

I poop a lot in the morning why?

I poop a lot why ????
Every day fort the past id say 10 years ive had to poop every morning at least 4 times in my first hour of waking up. When i do wake up my stomach is usually fine until i get a few lower gas pains and then bam im in the bathroom. When i finish my first bowel movement i feel fine but to my dismay 15 minutes later i have to do it all over again. This goes on for about the first hour or two after i wake up about 4 to 5 times. I know that it is healthy to poop about 4 times a day from reading a lot on the interweb but not right away when you wake up, lately it has just be come annoying. It does not matter what time i wake up i have this routine every day and can make doing things i need to get done when i wake up, like take the kids to school or going on errands i have to make sure i get that first 1 or 2 bowel movements out of me before i can think of going anywhere. During the rest of the day i have id say a 30% chance of feeling constipated or just gassy passing gas once or twice a hour with a bit of lower stomach pain. Here is a little BG on me.

My cat wakes me up every morning at 5:30am to go outside to poop?

So recently like within the last month my cat has started waking me up meowing at the top of her lungs and scratching at my dads bedroom door at 5:30am. My dad has a door to the outside in his room so that would be why she is scratching at his door. Anyway, She wakes us up at 5:30am to go outside and usually she just poops and wants back in. I really need my sleep because I am a college student and I work at 8:30am on the weekends. How do I get her to stop doing that? She has a litter box in the house but she will only pee in it.

How do I get myself to poop in the morning?

I can't get myself to have a bowel movement :( It am able to poop but not in the morning when I wake up and I always have to poop at school, and I can't concentrate because I have to go and it is a very inconvenient time for me and pooping in school is gross. How do I get myself to poop earlier like in the morning? Do I wake up earlier like at 5 AM so that my body is in an upright position and push the poop down? This has been bothering me a lot lately! How to I make it come earlier?
I have a good diet in order for me to poop everyday but it only starts working when I'm at school!!

Don't ask me to drink coffee because it never works.. I mean it does but it takes effect later!

I woke up this morning and saw poop all over my floor with my under wear all over the floor and beer bottles?

Nothing. Leave it there. Eventually the insects will clean it up for you.

Don't you just love being drunk...nothing to care about!! I love it!!

YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

How can I make a habit of waking up early in the morning?

For me, waking up early in the morning comes down to 3 things.Having good sleep hygiene. You can’t wake up early if you aren’t well-rested. So step one is get your sleep hygiene in order. To do so, follow these simple rules.Schedule Sleep – Don’t get up and go to bed at wildly different times each day. That messes with your body’s natural sleep cycles and makes it harder for you to fall asleep fast, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed.Don’t Sabotage Your Sleep – Avoid late-in-the-day caffeine from coffee, tea, energy drinks or sodas. Don’t take stimulants such as tobacco. Avoid heavy, greasy, or spicy meals near bedtime as well.Make a Sleep Sanctuary – Keep your bedroom dark, neat, and between 60 – 67 degrees Fahrenheit. Don’t bring work, bills, or other stress-causers into your bedroom. Make sure your pillows, sheets, blankets and mattresses are comfortable.Work Hard, Play Hard. During the day, get physical exercise and sunlight. Both will set you up for a more restful sleep at night. Don’t take naps either, as they’ll have the opposite effect.Ease Into Bedtime – Have a glass of warm milk or read a book. Avoid the blue light emitted from electronic devices such as phones and tablets.Having a habitual morning routine.Have a nice morning routine that you enjoy and look forward to. Here’s my advice, but feel free to create your own.You can read more about my morning routine here: How to Have a Great Morning: 4 Steps to the Perfect Morning RoutineHaving a purpose in your life. You can’t be eager to get up early if there is no purpose in your life. I read a great quote last week that said something along the lines of “Successful people feel about Mondays like regular people feel about Fridays.” You should have something in your life that you damn well can’t live without. That you are hungry for. That you are excited about. Then you won’t have to drag yourself out of bed - you’ll be pulled out every morning by your passion. For more life tips, check out Improve My Life This Year
