Most apps are not working in my windows 8, hp envy. what can i do?
most of the apps those are pre-installed and some i've downloaded from store are not working on my hp envy touchsmart, an windows 8.1 running pc. even the camera app! but usually the apps which using internet stop, when i open them, they just stop starting and go to the background. some examples are like the weather apps, maps, health apps etc. but windows explorer and windows stores are still working. what can i do?

I have windows 8.1 in my laptop (a cracked version), when i open the default camera app in start, it says " Looks like something wrong with the camera. Check manufacturer's website for troubleshooting info" My laptop is Toshiba satellite p840. I checkes my device manager too. It says the imaging device driver is upto date. Suggest Please
If Windows 10 won't run all my apps, will it be hard to retreat to Windows 7?
