Any bookstores in NYC sell books in Korean?
32nd street is the place. We just bought my Um-ma and Hal-ma-ni a couple best sellers in Korean. You might want to shop there, but then buy on line. They are pretty expesive.

Why are you interested to work at a book store?
I love books and reading. Opening new boxes of books is like Christmas. I never worked at a book store but opening boxes of new books was one of my most favorite parts of being a librarian.
Where can I find a good scientific bookstore in NYC?
I can just give you a general answer: university. In my country, there is a bookstore at any university, selling cheaper books (lower tax) and only on scientific topics. And they have the best pens ;-) ... else, I would seek a good library who can help you with finding relevant reading. Scientific libraries can easily give you access to large amounts of knowledge and how to seek scientific works. Afterwards, it's easy to get the book: it's called internet :-)
(NYC) Where to sell used books?
Hi, I was wondering where I can sell some of my used books, I went to Strand today and they didn't take any of the paperbacks because they had little foldmarks or whatever, it looks perfectly fine to me though. I have hardcovers too but it takes a lot of time for me to go to Strand and to carry less than 10 books at a time and I have about 50 or so. Where else can I sell my books to in NYC?
Does San Francisco have a bookstore like New York's Strand or Portland's Powell?
Green Apple is closest thing. Mix of new and used. Knowledgable booksellers. City lights is also good but not nearly the "stacks" feel.
Kpop stores other than koryo bookstore in New York Manhattan?
I have been looking for this store called AM records that sells kpop but i couldn't find it. I found it using yelp but i went and i spent hours looking for it in 32nd street between 5th and Broadway but i still couldn't find it i also tried calling them but it said that the number is not in use or something please help

There is a Greek bookstore in the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in NYC - Cathedral Fellowship Bookstore 337 East 74th Street New York, NY 10010. I have heard they carry more than just religious book. Check it out. Pax - C
