How can I get a body like Beyonce?
I absolutely would love to have a body like Beyonce. How can I get it? I am pretty straight down- not many curves. I would love a bigger butt and some hips. How can I get it so it looks good and not like fat? HELP!

Absolutely not and still be able to produce music, do photo shoots, etc. That’s 10 hours a day of exercising and dancing.
How many hours a day should I practice singing?
It's a question for all the professional singers/singers learning in a school - how long should one practice a day? I have had several vocal coaches and they never addressed this issue or just given me very short exercises or exercises I could only do with them at the lesson (most likely so they could earn more money). I have learned several exercises and the correct ways to emit my voice, so I would like to ask you - how long per day can I practice without overworking my voice? Right now I feel I'm doing too little because it's never more than one hour per day. I'm not in a school and in a school one must most likely practice longer, so could you tell me an average number of hours to practice to get best results? Thanks in advance.
Who is a better role model for young women between Beyonce Knowles and Alicia Keys?
Beyonce is my true idol but I still like Alicia Keys. However, I think that by singing the song "Superwoman", Alicia Keys proved that she is the icon for young women because the song deals with something far more important than putting a ring on it. I just think that some of Beyonce's songs are just pointless. Who wants to hear about love and relationships ALL THE TIME??

Has anyone ever tried the "Beyonce Diet"?
It's not called the Beyonce diet.. it's called the master cleanse & it's not supposed to be used for dieting purposes. It's a cleanse of all the nasty **** that's stuck in your body. It basically flushes everything out & it makes you feel great. The weight you lose is all the bad stuff in your body. & the weight doesn't stay off for long.. once you start eating again.. the weight goes back on. I've done it twice & have seen results. I did it for 6 days the first time & lost 11 pounds. It's a mixture of 6 tablespoons of organic lemon juice, 3 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper & 2 tablespoons of organic grade b maple syrup. You drink of 6 or 7 bottles of that a day & although it's supposed to curve the hunger.. I was hungry the whole time! After the detox you can't eat.
