17 Years Old Shoulder Pain Mri Scan

Can implants cause neck and shoulder pain?

Are you referring to breast implants? There is so little info in your question. However, if you are referring to breast implants, yes, they can cause strain on many of the muscles in your chest, neck, back and even arms; as many muscles connect to different sites in our bodies. Chest muscles connect to the head, and arms for example. The thick “rope” like muscles that we see on either side of our neck, Sternocleidomadtoid connects to our sternum, clavicle (collar bone) and to a bone on our skull, located behind the ear. Ever have upper arm pain? What might seem like a pulled deltoid muscle could very well be a strained pectoralis muscle. So with out driving you to drink with all of my anatomy jargon, the simple answer is yes lol. There are exercises you can do to help strengthen the supporting muscles, something to look into, and if you are sporting Wendy Williams sized Ta-tas, then a rolling cart, chest level with a shelf might help.Best wishes

Can they do an MRI of both shoulders at the same time?

No they cannot scan them at the same time...at least not simultaneously. Each body part has to be scanned by itself. And it takes 30-40 minutes per body part. So for both your shoulder they would have to do them one at a time...a total scan time of about an hour. They may be able to do them both on the same day....but not at the exact same time. sorry.

I have pain in middle of the thigh for many years , the MRI showed infiltration of bone marrow, what is this?

An infiltration is the presence of a substance in an area that isn't normally found there. The word infiltration can apply to many conditions. The information you've provided is too vague and inconclusive. I find it puzzling that you aren't consulting your doctor about this and you should do so ASAP.

My shoulder hurts...rotator cuff?

If you had damaged your rotator cuff you would remember doing it. My friend had surgery to repair hers 8 weeks ago and she is still suffering, and she injured her shoulder last September by falling and dislocating it. It needs to be seen by a specialist Dr before any sort of accurate diagnosis can be made. Even after that you would probably need a MRI scan to confirm. Suggest your best bet is to visit a GP before worrying yourself needlessly.

Why am I the only 23 year old I know with chronic back pain?

I had back pain when I was 23 years old. I could not stand for long. I had a herniated disc in L4-L5. Later over the years the problem got worse and I had one degenerated disc and two additional herniated discs in early stages.I assume you have already consulted a doctor. If you haven't that is the first thing you should do.Your back is already in a bad shape. I don't think maintaining a good posture and sitting properly is going to make your back better. I am not suggesting you should forgo those habits. But don't expect a huge difference with your current damaged back which most likely is due to a disc issue. How much do you weigh? Reducing weight (if you are overweight) will help you the most. How well do you sleep? Do you have a mattress that supports your back? You said you do some stretches and exercise. Do you do them every day? If these are basic stretching exercises, I suggest you get a trainer who deals with back issues and take some one-on-one sessions. You will learn on what to do and what not to.Can/Do you swim? If you can, I suggest invest in swimming. Or learn swimming. It will help you a ton.Do you spend a lot of time in your car? Driving is the worst for back pain. What kind of work you do? Are you seated all day in front of a computer? As you are already aware, this is going to take some time to fix. But it is possible. Just keep at it.
