2014 How To Increase Bench Press No Creatine Nor Protein Required. All Natural

What is the average weight a 13 year old should bench press?

I dont believe thirteen year olds should bench press for they are still growing and its so easy to stunt your growth this way. I would just bench the bar if you're trying for upper body strength that way you continue to growth naturally. However by all means do as you wish and the proper answer is that no matter a persons age, every person should be able to bench their own body weight and later advance to twice their body weight. You have to start small if you're a beginner so start with the bar first. And gradually increase weight by five to ten pound bi weekly deoe.ding.on what your body can handle. Not everyone progresses the same so you have to figure out your increase (5-10lbs). Such heaby lifting requires food for your muscles as well such as.hydration.  A lot of water and elctrolytes. No junk food. Protein. But you want.protein through powder, it be creatine. However be careful with intake as too nuch can cause liver health issues. Whey would be more suitable. Its not.protein but its good for you muscles. Or disregardeverything and look up barstars. My friend started that. Using.your own body weight to build muscles ratger than weights. He git good and now his job is just that. He gets sponsored to do what he loves by nikes addidas and other places I haven't heard of. It takes a year to get good at if you are consistent. Your body will grow naturally and you will have muscles all over in places not everyone knows how to unless you are really educated in body lifting.

Can I have both whey protein and creatine on the same day? Will it cause any negative/ill effects?

Hi,Nice question I had this question in last july and I figure out by myself with a little research online. I am sure I would help you what you want to knowHere is a thing! I have heard rumors that creatine hurts kidney in a long run, well at first I digest that fact but I dont believe it in my subconscious mind and I started little digging about fact.I came across with lot of articles saying how creatine works , its very essential to understand what creatine does to your body in initial phase. There are two phase in creatine consuption. Intially you need to take 3 scoops in a day for a week and then start taking 2 scoop for a month. You will significantly change in the weight you are lifting. Try this on bench press because I did that and it really worked I am lifting 60% more weight now than I was before . I suggest try muscletech creatine.Creatine increase muscle synthesis process and main thing it does it to increase muscle strength.I am telling you all this based on my person experience about creatine. Back to your question , yes you can take whey protein and creatine together. I take them daily with 2 scoop of whey and 7gm of creatine mix into it.Now what it does , you might feel little dehydration initially, dont worry its nothing, BUT KEY point is to drink lot of water while you are on creatine.Hope this helps. Thanks
