What are the components of an epic story?
An epic story is a long, exalted narrative poem, usually on a serious subject, centered on a heroic figure. The earliest epics, known as primary, or original, epics, were shaped from the legends of an age when a nation was conquering and expanding; such is the foundation of the Babylonian epic of Gilgamesh, of the Iliad and the Odyssey of the Greek Homer, and of the Anglo-Saxon Beowulf. Literary, or secondary, epics, written in conscious imitation of earlier forms, are most notably represented by Vergil's Aeneid and Milton's Paradise Lost. Common in an epic story is the epic hero cycle with the following as its elements: 1. The main character is a hero, who is often possessed of supernatural abilities or qualities. 2.The hero is charged with a quest. 3. The hero is tested, often to prove the worthiness of himself and his quest. 4. The presence of numerous mythical beings, magical and helpful animals, and human helpers and companions 5. The hero’s travels take him to a supernatural world, often one that normal human beings are barred from entering. 6. The cycle must reach a low point where the hero nearly gives up his quest or appears defeated. 7. A resurrection. 8. Restitution. Often this takes the form of the hero regaining his rightful place on the throne.

Health should just not be an option, it should be a practice it, develop it, maintain it and upgrade it. It could be personal health as well as societal or economic health that you should be considerate about and keep developing, maintaining & upgrading.There are stated six components of health and its brief description, which are as follows:Physical Health - Physical health infers health related to your body actions and the way your body reacts or responds to the daily activities in your life.Social Health - Social health refers to the status & temperament of the social groups surrounding you, the peer groups, friends, family, relatives etc.Environmental Health - This refers to the air we inhale, the water we drink, the food we eat etc. It is related to the weather, atmosphere, economy that we will live in and consume.Emotional Health - Emotional health refers to the energies that we express, the attitude that we display and act, and these are for people who need it. For instance, giving positivity and support to those who need it.Spiritual Health - The values, beliefs, morals and harmonious temperament for all play a huge role in developing a healthy environment.Mental Health - The inner strength we have the ability to accept reality and proper conduct & discipline against negativity & hurdles.These are the six components of health.

Transportation expenditures were up 5.8 percent, driven by vehicle purchases, which were up 11.6 percent, following a 9.1 percent decline in 2016. Gasoline, other fuels, and motor oil expenditures were up a modest 3.1 percent, the first increase since 2012. Healthcare expenditures were up 6.9 percent, following a 6.2-percent increase in 2016. These centres will provide Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC), covering both maternal and child health services and non-communicable diseases, including free essential drugs and diagnostic services. The Budget 2018 has allocated Rs.1200 crore for this flagship programme.(ii) National Health Protection Mission (NHPM): - NHPM largely a mass insurance scheme managed and administered by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India through National Health Agency. It is being said that when fully implemented, the AB-NHPM will become the world’s largest government funded health protection mission.The program was declared by Hon’ble Finance Minister of India, Shri Arun Jaitley as part of Budget 2018 and was formally launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi on 14thApril, 2018 with the inauguration of the first Health and Wellness Centre at Jangla Development Hub, Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh.
