How can I download videos FROM instagram?

So lately Instagram added the ability to post videos...And there's a video I like but I dunno how to download it to MY laptop..(So I don't have to have internet connection to see it) &( just in case if the instagram account's owner deleted it) I already googled that but no one asked any question like that , so I thought I'd be the first to ask..please help?
