Action Replay Ds Drivers For Windows 8

Action Replay Drivers?

An update was released to special users who purchased the Max Duo shortly before they stopped carrying it, and doesn't work with Pokemon games.

You can download the software and the driver update (which took me a long time to dig up) right here at the official website:

Follow the steps there and you should be able to install the drivers. It worked for me so hopefully it will work for you.

The way I finally got the drivers to install was very long winded but it does work.

2. Right click on My Computer
3. Open properties.
4. Locate hardware tab and click device manager then find the action replay dsi under the Other USB items.
5. Right click and bring up properties.
6. Click drivers and update drivers.
7. Click Browse my computer for the driver software.
8. Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
9. Select "Show all devices" and click next.
10. Click "Have disk"
11. Click browse and back out until you are able to see your action replay disc in your cd-rom drive and click into it.
12. Select the dsiarhwprog_x64 and click open. Click ok and next and it should install.

Action Replay DS "Waiting for DS" message?

After having the same problem, i've searched the hole internet and tried everything to connect the AR to the damn f...in Code manager software.
And finally i'll fixed the problem. I'ts a driver problem from windows. It don't recognize yor NDS-Link (USB)

Try using this:
Re-install the Code Manager Software from your region from here:
http://us.codejunkies.com/support/index.aspx

After installing, don't erase the folder you just downloaded from this site (with the codemanager software inside)

After connecting the AR to your PC (inside your DS and DS switched on) a window should appear. If not, go to your Device manager and select nds-link manually.
Choose "select from list" and then browse to the folder you've downloaded (code manager)
Select the whole folder and hit the continue button.

Now the Driver should install successfully.

After that turn on your ds with the AR inside and select the mouse button on the touchscreen
Then open the code manager software and "waiting for ds" should dissappear after a few seconds and your AR shows in the list.

Finished: Now you can transfer all the codes and update yor AR!

Good luck
Tobi

(sorry for the bad english, i'm from Germany)

How can I switch a universal Bluetooth headset from Chinese to English?

We can easily change the Bluetooth language from Chinese to English:NOTE: The pressing of the volume buttons together and changing the language does not work with all the Stereo Bluetooths. So I have an alternative method:If your buletooth is on and connected, first turn it off and disconnect it. If it is already off, keep it as it is.Then we have to first reset the bluetooth. To do that, put on the bluetooth and continue pressing the ON button until the Red and Blue lights begin to flicker simultaneously. The filckering of red and blue lights shows that the Bluetooth is reset now.Now press the On and Off Button two times continuously. Then you will get a notification that your language has been reset to English. This is a very effective method. It ll work for sure.

Action Replay Problems?

ok do you have an x64 bit system? if so your going to need the 64 bit drivers which you can find on the codejunkies website. even if you dont have 64 bit you will still probably need to download the drivers off of codejunkies (which come with the entire code manager software which you will probably have to reinstall). you will find the code manager download here:

http://us.codejunkies.com/support/article.aspx?article_id=417

after that go to your drivers and do this:
1. Right Click on the Device and Choose "Update Driver Software"
2. Choose -> Browse My Computer For Driver Software
3. Browse for driver software on your computer. -> Choose "Let Me Pick From A List Of Drivers On My Computer"
4. Select The Device Driver You Want To Install. -> Choose "Have Disc"
5. Install From Disc -> Choose "Browse" & locate the folder that you extracted to your desktop during the software download.
6. Double Click to open the folder and choose the file called "ActionReplayDS_x64.inf" (or just ActionReplayDS.inf if your system isnt 64-bit) and click OK
7. If you receive an "Update Driver Warning" -> Choose Yes to continue installing the drivers.
8. Once the driver installation is complete, the set-up is complete.

As for getting Pokemon Black to work you will have to upgrade the AR's firmware to 1.71. Find out how here:

http://us.codejunkies.com/support/article.aspx?article_id=434

the update wont work if you just click software update in the code manager. you have to update this way. Now, because your current version is 1.52, i doubt the update will work due to the many people having problems with updating with versions below 1.60, but you can try. Datel (the creators of AR) have emailed those who have complained and told them to go buy an AR DSi because their ARs are too outdated. There is a way to update it from prior versions but you will lose the ability to write codes inside the AR as well as the ability to connect ARDS to the code manager. Datel may come out with a fix for this problem eventually but for now these are the only options.

Hope that helped you!
