Action Replay Dsi Not Working

Action Replay DSI Is Not Working Why?!?

Answer

It may be because you need to update your cheats, as the game ID and cheats need to be on the Action Replay's file or it won't recognise it, or have any cheats for it.
Answer

the action replay doesn't break if you take care of it, and if it isn't reading than simply take it out, blow on the end that you put in the ds and do the same for the game.

just remember not to use the cheats too often or your game might freeze
Answer

The Action Replay will not read pirated games
Answer

If your Action Replay DS is bricked, it won't start up. if that happens, you'll have to use a flash cart and update the AR's firmware

idulkoan-

it depends on what your doing. try blowing in the slot. blow on the slot 1 card. (DO NOT LET SALIVA IN!!!) if error still occurs, get a flashcart, (i prefer R4), and download the AR's firmware (if ar is bricked) and update the ar. also check your ar, because it might have ended up like mine. mine was melted and inside a chip blew up. that caused my updating via wire to not work. it always ended up like this:

How do I fix my Action Replay DSi?

If you are doing it on your DSi it should come up as Game and Watch Collection. I had the problem where it wouldn't work on my DSi when I went into it. Anyway, I fixed it by resetting my Action Replay through the computer. While the Action Replay isn't in the console plug it into the computer and use Action Replay DSi Code Manager then click the top then About AR and reset hardware. It will delete your codes, but may fix the problem. Otherwise, I can't really help.

Pokemon Platinum not working with Action Replay?

I'm using the newest Action Replay, which works with 3ds, and so far I've had no problems. But whenever I put Platinum version in, the game boots to a white screen even if I don't activate any codes. However the system doesn't freeze because I can still hit the home button. The serial code on the front of the Platinum Cartridge is "NTR-CPUE-USA" so I assume it's good to work with NA codes. In game, there's nothing wrong so far. I just can't boot from or use Action Replay codes. The Action Replay still works with my other games i.e HeartGold, White, and Black 2.

DSI Action replay problem!?

If you have an DSi Action Replay, then you would want to plug the USB extension that you should have recieved when you bought your action replay, and making sure you already have downloaded the drivers for the Action Replay loader for your PC that came on the compact disc.

After you have the Action Replay Manager Open on your PC then you will want to right/left click (one of the two) the Icon on the Upper left and click "Reconfigure Action Replay" this might be different depending on the version you have. Then simply wait for it finish resetting and then unplug and try turning on your DSi and see if it worked.

And if you have an DS Action Replay then you will want to hold A+B while your DSi is still off then whild still holding the A and B turn on your DSi and wait till you see the the logo for "This product is not liscened by Nintendo", then quickly release both A and B and it should soft reset it and allow you bypass the black screen.

How do you use action replay on a Nintendo 3DS?

You can’t use an action replay on a Nintendo 3DS.If you’re referring to the Action Replay as in the game card that lets you cheat in game, that will have to stay on either your DSi or older system. The 3DS won’t read it at all. There’s a version of Action Replay for 3DS, but I’m sure Nintendo has made that nonfunctioning on new systems, so you’ll want to buy a whole new system and never update it for that to work. And that Action Replay only works on DS games, not 3DS games. If you’re referring to the Action Replay Powersaves for 3DS, that has to be connected to a computer. You’ll want to download the software for the Powersaves from here:https://powersaves3ds.maximummem...Install that program, and connect a game you’ve played (it needs to have a save file) to the computer using the adapter. You’ll have to enter a code to prove that you’ve purchased your Action Replay Powersaves and that you’re not using some 3rd party (or is it 4th party at this point?) hardware for whatever reason. The code will be found in the packaging somewhere. But I forget where that is. I think it’s clearly labelled. Then you’re ready to go!You’ll only be modifying the save file, and never the game itself. There are claims of certain cheats accidentally messing up the code in the game or corrupting the save, but I’ve never encountered it personally. Maybe find a list of “powersaves cheats to avoid” before going crazy, and take it easy with one or two cheats at a time.

Is there a way to use my android as a action replay for dsi?

If you're asking that question then... no. It is possible but you'd need a way to convert output from the android to input on your DSi. Unless you've got an adapter, I don't think so. It would have to convert from a mini USB to the card slot on the DSi. As far as I'm aware, no such thing exists. And that's just the first step. After you hand make the adapter that you'd need to do that, you'll also have to design the software to get around the programming of the DSi itself since it has safeguards to prevent this. And then you'd have to hack the code of the game you wanted to change, understand the code and what needed to be changed, write new code, see if it worked, rinse, repeat. It is MAYBE possible, but if you're asking if it's possible in the first place then I imagine you probably don't have the requisite hardware making, software coding skills to do this... If it would even work.

How do u fix a white screen on a action replay dsi?

2. Plug the mini-USB end of the supplied USB cable into the Action Replay cartridge and plug the other end into a USB port on your computer. Install the drivers for the device when prompted by the computer.
