Stretch while listening to a meditation app (I use ocean sounds) and take time to reflect. If you're religious follow by opening up a random page in your bible and read a small excerpt and pray on it. Or just take time to reflect on your life and accept your problems are only temporary.

My husband beat me down tonight. I need advice.?
My husband always beats me down on a certain issue in my life. I am a good person an always do the right thing. Truly. But he's been beating me down a lot te past months Instead of building me up. And tonight I felt so low by his words that I had to walk away cause I was crying, I went to the couch, you know what he did? Rolled over and quickly fell asleep and is now snoring. It's been hours and here I'm sitting here crying and somethin has shifted in my head where I actually believe he is right. When I know he's not. I feel worthless. He told me I never have sacrificed for him even though he works 15 hr shifts 5 days a week and is on call on the other two days going in and out of work. He said me doing housework isn't sacrifice it's gotta be done. I've stuck by this man with his crazy job only really seeing him at nite at early in morning for years and never left him. But he beat me down bad tonight and said a bunch of bad stuff he's been saying lately. And I'm starting to belive it.

Why would you scare him off?But if you're that worried, just use the first part "Hey ___________, I was just wondering if you would be free sometime next week for a cup of coffee". If he asks if you want anything in particularly say something like "Just want to talk"

25 year old female working at a call center. I just recently got the job, and was trained by this older man (fifties at least). He seemed super nice and is nice to everyone not just me. It started getting weird when over the weekend he texted me, asking me about my weekend. I shrugged it off because he seemed to be trying to be friends. He may be just socially awkward and unable to make friends. But tonight I was driving home and pulled into my apartment complex and noticed someone was following me. I pulled in to park and he stayed behind my car on the driveway. I slowly got out and realized it was him and was immediately terrified, but laughed it off asking why he was here. He said he wanted to make sure that him texting me didn't creep me out. I said no and acted like everything was okay so he would leave, which he did. I am at a loss for what to do. Should I tell someone at work? I don't want to ruin his career if it was nothing.
