After Running 7 Benghazi Investigations That Found Nothing Should The Gop Hire Someone To Do It

How many investigations have there been on Hillary Clinton?

Whitewater: Bill and Hillary may have taken financial advantage of Bill Clinton’s position to make real estate investments. Their partners were convicted of fraud and one received a pardon from President Clinton in 2001.Travelgate: Seven folks fired from the White House travel office in 1993. Despite two independent counsels, no charges were ever filed.Death of Vince Foster: A White House lawyer killed himself in 1993. Lots of investigations followed and they all found that he really did commit suicide after a long struggle with depression and fear of professional repercussions for seeking treatment.Zippergate: Bill Clinton liked the ladies a little too much. Hillary was the victim here.Filegate: Former White House workers had lots of FBI files on Republican Congressmen. An independent counsel said the Clintons didn’t have anything to do with it.Benghazi: House Select Committee investigated forever and could find no evidence that HRC actually did anything wrong. Republicans largely admitted the investigations were an attempt to wound her in anticipation of a 2016 Presidential run.Clinton Foundation: Republicans would like an investigation but the FBI has never indicated that there is any investigation ongoing.Email: FBI investigation indicated that while Clinton did not follow the rules for proper use of email she did not break any laws. Her actions were largely consistent with previous secretaries of state. So total: 7… 6 if you don’t count Monica.

How can taxpayers request a refund of the money that was spent (wasted) on Mueller's investigation?

Is Hillary being investigated for possible felonies?

Wow, we’re still talking various crimes here? Murders? Felonies? Benghazi, and emails and Fast and Furious? She was the Secretary of State. She doesn't murder people, not personally and she doesn’t hire them either. She couldn’t order the military to do anything, SoS isn’t in the military chain of command.Fast and Furious, whatever you think of it had nothing to do with her, it was a replay of a Bush era play involving the Phoenix office. Nothing to do with her either. Benghazi has had between seven and nine investigations. Under Republican oversight, she wasn’t responsible for the men being attacked in a war torn country. hundreds of miles from the embassy. Clinton pay to play? The timelines are wrong, and depending on your choice of lunatic conspiracy theorist, it was either money for Uranium One, or to line her pockets. Only problem is, her taxes are online, and the Foundation has a good rating, and is licensed by the State of NY and as such is regularly audited. It’s not missing any money. The organizations that have rated charities give it praise for the amount they spend on their mission.Thousands of pages of documents have been given to hostile Republican committees over the years with not a single indictment. So that must mean she’s guilty and we just have some truly stupid Republicans right? Most federal felonies have a five year statute of limitations. She’s been out of office for five and a half. Time to give up the lies about her, and concentrate on the lies we’re hearing out of Trumps mouth.

How has Hillary Clinton not been charged, indicted, or arrested for anything regarding the email scandal?

First, an actual crime has to be committed. For a crime to be committed, the someone has to commit an act that is specifically specifically spelled out in a criminal code (most states differentiate criminal or penal codes from other state laws) of either a state or the US Code for which a punishment is also spelled out. Some crimes also require intent in addition to the act itself. As an extreme example, “First Degree” Murder (states my use different terminology, say “Capital” Murder) is a crime of intent and a prosecutor must prove premeditation as a condition of conviction. At the lower end of the spectrum, if you run a red light, you can be cited and required to pay a fine. The fact that it was inadvertent and you had no intention to run the stop light is irrelevant—the mere fact you ran the light is sufficient for conviction. Now, absent being arrested while in the commission of a crime, there is the pesky thing called “probable cause”. It’s even spelled out in the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution and states the “… no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause…”In the context of warrants, the Oxford Companion to American Law defines probable cause as "…information sufficient to warrant a prudent person's belief that the wanted individual had committed a crime (for an arrest warrant) or that evidence of a crime or contraband would be found in a search (for a search warrant)".So, unless you can search the US Code and find a law—that was published an in effect at the time that Hillary used her private email address/server— that states an individual cannot use a private email address, system, or personal server when conducting government business with a criminal penalty attached (fine and/or prison) then no crime as been committed. In order for a prosecutor to charge and for a grand jury to indict, there must be probable cause that both a crime was in fact committed and the the person being charged committed the crime. Same standard applies for an arrest warrant issued before formal charges are filed and sent to a grand jury.

Why is Trump's doing the exact same kind of things he accuses Hillary Clinton of doing acceptable to his base?

Rampant hypocrisy is part of the package with political tribalism.Trump’s base never had a problem with what Clinton or Obama did, but rather who they are. Liberals are the enemy. This makes them bad people. Everything they do is wrong.Let’s look at some common reasons Hillary lost:Failure to properly handle classified information.Has previously monetized her position. There are accusations of pay for play with foreign powers.Had engaged in inflammatory rhetoric.Has told lies. These were all BIG DEALS during the election. Huge red flags. Reasons to hate and distrust a person. But the current commander in chief’s sins in each category trump Hillary’s indiscretions by a large degree without bothering his supporters in the least. The message is “Our side can play as dirty as necessary to get the job done, but if your side puts one toe across the line it is proof you are evil.”The far left does the same thing (violent protests to prevent conservatives from speaking are not defensible), but tribalism is relegated to a minority of liberals. This makes sense as conservatives tend to stress the value of loyalty while liberals tend to stress the value of fairness.Only the radical leftists resort to the same level of tribalism as your average conservative. Those are the yahoos who keep holding rallies and marches to protest things. They are loud and very active, which makes them seem like there are more of them than there really are.

Why did CNN and MSNBC downplay Hillary Clinton's roll in the killing of Americans in Benghazi and then?

Exaggerate Governor Chris Christies role in "Bridgegate"?

Under Hillary Clinton's administration Americans were raped and killed in Benghazi and dragged through the streets and we are just supposed to assume it was not her fault. We are just supposed to assume that someone failed to tell her there was a lack of security in the Embassy that was attacked, and yet no one has been held accountable. The government just shrugs and expects us to forget.

And now, someone in Christie's administration causes a little traffic on the George Washington Bridge (which always has traffic mind you), and there is a full fledged investigation on the incident and I cannot even watch the news without having to listen to obscure news casters argue about it and call for "justice".

Chris Christie fired everyone he felt was involved, and then held a press conference where he answered every question on the matter. He did not leave until all questions were answered, and ended up saying there for 2 hours.

Lets compare that to Barack Obama on the Benghazi scandal, who failed to fire anyone, and during press conferences only answered questions that were pre determined. I mean he literally had a card with the names of reporters who had questions he wanted to answer, and only called on them because he knew they were not tough questions and he had already rehearsed the answer he was going to give them. He does this in every press conference. The man is a buffoon.

So why is it that MSNBC and CNN hardly ever cover the benghazi scandal, and yet are all over the "Bridgegate" scandal? Americans raped, dragged through the streets, tortured and killed and the government trying to cover up the fact it could have prevented it vs a governors employee causing a traffic back up on the a bridge that is always backed up with traffic. Which is the biggest story?

How much money has the U.S. Congress and Senate spent investigating Hillary Clinton, and what has the country gained from these investigations?

The just completed Benghazi investigation is 7.2 Million. This calculation does not include the costs of: the independent Accountability Review Board; the eight previous reports by seven Congressional committees; the time, money, and resources consumed by federal agencies to comply with Select Committee requests; or the opportunity cost of not spending this money elsewhere, like improving security for our diplomatic officers abroad.from Benghazi Investigation Cost CounterAnd please note one particular caveat above: this latest investigation comes after 7 PREVIOUS congressional committee investigations. That number does not include the costs for all the other investigations into Hillary (for example, the FBI investigation just completed, or the much earlier WhiteWater (Starr Report) which cost 80 Million), nor does it include the costs to all organizations which spent money complying with various subpoenas and requests (Pentagon has reported more than 2 Million collating documents and testimony, while the State Dept is more than 12 million.)I have to believe that tracking down Taxpayer funds that have been spent trying to prove criminal behaviour on the part of the Clintons would be at least 200 Million when you add it all up (and that seems conservative to me); Hmm, IF we’re talking Hillary alone (that’s hard with those earlier investigations), it may be as low as 50 Million…Results — Um … They managed to entrap a President into lying about blowjobs once. Hillary? nada.
