Why do I always look at the clock on the 11th minute of x hour?!?
What a coincidence! I used to always look at the clock at 6:36 P.M. Most of the time it happened while riding in the car! I also look at the clock at 9:10 P.M. every once in a while but it was literally ALWAYS while I was alone in my room! I think this is very strange since I came close to being killed in a car accident (which I miraculously walked away from) at about 9:10 A.M.
Why do I always look at the clock at 9:11... am or pm?
It seems whenever 9:11am or 9:11pm rolls around, I happen to glance at the clock. I'd say at least 10 times a week. It's been going on for a few years now. I don't think it has anything to do 9-11 or the WTC, etc. I thought that maybe that's when a commercial would come on if I were watching TV, and I was checking the time, but it's also happened to me in the car, at other people's houses, on the computer,etc.. I've also noticed that lately (in the past few months) I'll see 3:11, or 6:11, but no other repeating numbers. Just this 11 thing. Anybody else ever experience anything like this?

Its called "Confirmation Bias" and basically, you see 3:56 and 10:27, but you forget about those, just remembering the "cool" numbers that "confirm" your "bias".

First, you are aware. The question is why is that? Because your subconscious is connecting with your conscientiousness from within (your spirit guide connection, etc.) To awaken you from the matrix. Why do I always look at the time at 11:11?
You look at the clock only two times a day? What probably happened was you saw 11:11 for the first time. Then on another occasion by coincidence you see 11:11 again and this time you remember seeing that number before so the number becomes "significant". So each time you see 11:11, the significance grows, you keep reinforcing the idea you are seeing this number a lot. But if you made a mental note of EVERY single number you come across in your daily routines, then you will find there is nothing special about the number 1111. You are simply remembering the hits (the times you see 11:11) and ignoring the misses (the times you see other numbers). This makes it seem like you are seeing 11:11 all the time. You may think you don't pay attention to it and when you look at something "its there" but you are actually "looking" for it subconsciously. Your subconscious is not telling you to look at the clock. That's the wrong way to go about it. Its more about when you see this number, your subconscious notices that number again. Once you have a greater awareness of a number, you will keep seeing it. Why do I always wake up at 4 exactly and look at the clock at 11:11?
Well about waking up at 4 o clock, you have the human body’s internal clock to thank for that, formally called the circadian rhythm. You probably got up at 4 a couple days in a row and your body has adjusted to wake up at that time. It would also have to do with the REM cycles in your sleep. The human body sleeps in cycles, each approximately 90 minutes long, and at the end of each 90 minute interval, you are most likely to awake, and be refreshed when you do so. So if you sleep in multiples of 90 minutes from 4 o clock, you are very likely to wake up then, especially if you’re body falls into a routine to that. (I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess you sleep at either 10:00 or 11:30 using the multiples of 90 minutes system)About noticing 11:11, this would be a product of the human brain’s amazing ability at pattern detection. I can assure you that you notice the clock at a lot of different times other than 11:11 but your mind chooses to ignore it to process more important data. But you might have noticed 11:11 a couple of times by coincidence and then your brain noticed a pattern and perked up every time you saw 11:11 and you remember that well :)
