I am VERY THIN, SKINNY & BONY what should I do to gain weight & build my body HELP?

I am a 20 year old boy & I am very thin, skinny & bony I weight about 45 Kgs only. What should I do to gain weight & build some body ? I feel ashamed seeing other boys of my age being strong I feel very weak, my arms & my hands are very thin & my body looks like a skeleton :-( everyone makes fun of my thin body. I have lost confidence in wearing half sleeved t shirts & shirts as my thin hands are exposed I wear full sleeves only & also I have to wear bands, bracelets or wrist watches to hide my thin & bony wrists. I am fed up with this now I want to gain weight, build my body & make my thin & bony arms & hands fat , muscular & strong. What should I do please friends advice & help what exercises should I do, what diet should I eat ? Should I take 'ENDURA MASS' weight gain powders ? And I also have dumbles in my home how should I use those dumbles to gain some weight ? Please help & advice me & answer my questions thanks.

It is possible your dog is just naturally this way - that is, he's the equivalent to a thin person who has little desire to eat.

However, I also recommend a good vet visit, with perhaps blood work testing done. It's necessary to screen him for worms, ticks, fleas, mouth or teeth problems, ulcers, kidney or liver problems, etc. Blood work will check enzyme levels and determine if his organs are operating correctly. If he is determined to be healthy, you may check his environment. Is he easily startled (so that he's scared to eat)? Does he even like his food? Maybe something a tad more appetizing will be better. Also, if your dog is underweight, sometimes snacks and treats are good. These are fine for dogs overall, but too much of it is, of course, bad. However, for your dog, some treats, which are often higher in fat and therefore taste better, may work.

How can I gain weight if I'm ultra skinny?

First of all, I have been there! I was 6′1″ and 120pounds. I did the math, I had a lower BMI than you have. I was skinnier than you. I am now almost 170 lbs.A lot of people will try to tell you the crap that works for regular dudes but they don't get what it's like. You need to eat 4000 calories every day. And you need to count your calories every day. That is the most important part!People will say not to do it dirty and to eat healthy because for them all the fat they would put on would be hard to get rid of. Fuck that. Eat whatever you have to to hit that 4000 calories every day. The only thing I will say to avoid is sugar. Try for very little sugar and don't drink any sugar. You want all your calories from solid food or milk. Lots of fat, protein, and good carbs like wheat. Eat every 2–3 hours and right before bed and right when you wake up.At the same time you are doing this you should be going to the gym at least 3 times per week. This is important so you can start to build muscle. Do not stop going to the gym. It can take years to get the body you want. I had no muscle at all but now I have some very decent muscle development.You may put on a little fat during this process but if you were like me I just wanted to gain ANY weight. I was tired of being the skinny guy and I bet you are too. Also if you're like me dropping the extra fat off when you are ready too will be no problem at all.I would say good luck but really you don't need it. All you need is determination to do it. Every day. Anyone will gain weight if they eat enough, anyone. I didn't use to believe that but once I started counting my calories I realized that I wasn't eating as many as I thought I was and I bet you will be the same.PS seriously eliminate the sugar out of your diet as much as you can. Depends how fast you're metabolism is.
Keep eatting what you eat while adding only 2 ensure plus's fornow.
By the end of a week and a half check if you've gained any weight.
If you haven't gained 'atleast' 1/2 a lb then add another ensure plus so that you're consuming one with each meal.
(you dont have to consume them at meals, you can consume them whenever- i was on them too and i found it difficult to consume them with meals so i had them with snacks, or as a drink during the day 2-3 times.)

Also just a helpful hint- It tastes best chilled in the fridge- you can sometimes freeze it in the freezer for 2 hours so it comes out slushy.
The chocolate ensures taste great heated up in the microwave for a minute or so in a mug, tastes like hot chocolate!

Weight can't just be calculated from ones age. It also depends on your height. Below is a table showing the ideal weight according to the height. The numbers in between the boxes is the Body Mass Index (B.M.I). Generally a B.M.I of between 18.5 and 25 is considered to be ideal. But, it also depends on your daily routines, since someone exercising or swimming might even exceed the ideal B.M.I range and still be healthy. Now for the other part, on how to increase the weight. In general its easy. Every meal you eat in a day, provides you with calories that supplies the body with energy to function properly for that day. Weight is dependent on the amount of calories you eat through your meals and the amount you expend through out the day. If you eat more calories than your expenditure for the day, those extra calories would cause a weight gain. So, all you need to do is eat more than your regular meals. This would definitely increase your weight but not necessarily as you hoped for since most of it would accumulate in your belly region. And that won't help you look any better. The better thing to do would be to do basic exercises (push ups, pull ups, etc) every alternating days at your home (but do keep into account the extra calories that you would be burning from those exercises) and have protein rich foods. Protein helps in building muscle mass. Being a vegetarian myself, I know its a little difficult to get sufficient amount of protein from the meals. In a day, a person needs to have at 0.6 to 1.0 gm of protein per pound of his/her lean body mass. You can get enough protein if you include some of these in your meals : Quinoa, Paneer, Oats, Almonds, Soyabean, Chickpea, Green Peas, Peanuts, Kidney Beans Black Beans, Lentils, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Greek Yogurt and there are many more. If you could, you can also you Whey Protein Supplements as a means to help fulfill your daily protein needs. Adding these to your diet along with working out regularly would help you gain more muscle and increase your weight. Also try getting your calories from healthy food sources and not from junk foods. I'm 20, 5'3 and weigh 83 pounds..I'm aware I'm too thin..?

However, I'm not exactly aware of how normal it is to be this thin. I research and read other weight gain issues and with every one I come across I find myself thinking you still weigh more than I do and you're younger (usually early teens) I know to try protein shakes and eat twice as many calories as you burn, I'm in the process of this and see no results. I've questioned a couple of doctors about it, and they tell me I'm fine, I know I'm not. I'm meant to be in my 100's, yet, I'm not. I don't know if others are just as skinny as I am, or have been, If so what have you been told to do to put on weight..especially upper body..the collarbone area, the stomach, and arms..without becoming all muscle..

I'm skinny and I want to gain muscle weight?

I'm about 115 pounds, skinny, 15 years old and a male. I think i'm more unattractive girls in this condition, so if i bulk up and gain at least 20 - 40 pounds on me, i'd be more attractive. I look so skinny, and my ribs stick out, and no matter how much i eat, i don't gain a thing. All the fat goes to my stomach which grows out just a lil bit, then goes back to normal. I want to change this. I want my high school life to be fun, and so far it hasn't been with girls. They think i'm ugly looking when i know im not and many people have said i'm handsome and such, but the girls obviously don't see it. I think if i bulked up then i would look better.

But first i need to plan everything out. I have two 15 pounds free weights, and one 8 pound weight already. What exercises should i do with these? How many reps? How many in each rep? Also should i do pushups and crunches? If so then how many sets/reps and should i do it everyday, every other day with the weights, or the days i don't do weights?

Also i want to know what to eat. I need to eat a lot of calories but i don't know what foods to eat to make this happen. What should i eat for breakfast, and lunch every day? What are some dinner meals i could make thats loaded with caloreis and what snacks should i buy. I know i have to eat every 2 - 3 hours but its kind of hard because of school. Even though its not loaded with calories, should i bring a nutrigrain bar to school or something?

If someone answers this in GOOD DETAIL then i would appreciate it. I would love to gain at least 20 pounds of muscle on me. If i keep this up from the end of November, then how long will it take for results? Will i see results at least before school ends (April, May)?
