Am I Considered English

What other language could be considered as easy as English ?

All i know is that English is very easy to learn but the more you learn there is always more to learn as opposed to French which is really hard to learn but at some point you become fluent in it and that's it.
I am too lazy to look up what conjugation means or what an adjective is but i always got good marks for essays.
So basically, to me, English is not what i would call an easy language.

Is Idris Elba considered English?

The English are Anglo-Saxons from medieval times. Idris is not from them. I am n Anglo-Saxon from America and I am more English because I come from the ancient Saxon race.
Just going by history facts and common sense.

Am I considered a Native English Speaker?

Ohh..this could be the stupid question of the day but I am confused...I think I AM a Native English Speaker but..

I am Chinese but was born and brought up in Canada.

Does that make me a Native English Speaker?

Am I considered "English" if my ethnicity doesn't come from the land of England but I was born in England?

Nationality is an abstract concept… it’s defined by humans. So really it depends on who you ask. Some people will say you have to be white to be proper English. Some people will go so far as to say you have to have completely English ancestry. So… you’re not allowed to be ethnically Welsh, Scottish or Irish (let alone a lowly German or French) even though all of these are racially almost indistinguishable, since they have been intermixing constantly for thousands of years.Below: Proper Englishes can trace their ancestry back 900 years to the time of the Conqueror… with no trace of continentals.Other people don’t care about race… but they do care about culture. They say you have to speak English and be an Anglican Christian (Jews are sometimes accepted, but evil Catholics are not)Below: As long as you speak English, eat Pork Pies and hate the pope, you are allowed to be English even if you’re black.Still others are less strict. They allow you to be a Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Jew or Sikh… or pretty much anything else that isn’t ridiculously offensive.I would say most people fall into this category of getting on with their lives and not giving a damn. As long as you speak English with an England accent… and hold a UK passport… that kind of stuff… people will accept you as English don’t really care about much else.As for you, your home is England, you are born and raised in England, you probably speak English in an England way, and know little else but England. Most people outside the UK will call you British. Most people within the UK will say you are English. The Scottish will hate you for being an evil imperialist.I’d say you’re English mate.Below: Muslim figures out how to piss off the Scottish and ISIS simultaneously:Please note: I hope you realise there is a lot of sarcasm in this article. The humour is very light hearted and I do not think it violates the “be nice, be respectful” policy. I am being nice and I am not being disrespectful, rather I am generally speaking making fun of people who are disrespectful based on race/ethnicity/religion. If you are offended by this, the internet is not the place for you.

How come I am not considered Anglo-Saxon?

Some idiots say to me:"You're not an Anglo-Saxon they vanished 1000 years ago."
My race wasn't completely eradicated by the Normans(who were also Nordic/Danish descent..) But rather mixed with them. The Saxons are also from Denmark and Germany so we are Nordic/Scandinavian. Which some whack-jobs also deny.
I am English, German and Danish. I am a Super-Saxon!

Am I considered an Anime Fan if I prefer English Dub?

I love Anime but I prefer English Dub over English Sub. Don't get me wrong I like Japanese Acting I just prefer watching it in English because I don't want to look down at the subtitles. I wish I knew Japanese. I still do watch English Sub for some Animes and it's awesome I love them both! I just prefer English. So am I an Anime fan if I prefer English Dubbed?

How come Irish and English people aren't considered European?

Well English is an indo-European language so its not because of that!

Some other Europeans are stuck up and don't believe we are "real" Europeans because there's a tiny stretch of water (which people can swim across!) between us and mainland Europe. I heard France vetoed us entering the EU because we aren't attached! It's stupid really considering Iceland are miles away compared to us but people don't question if they are "real" Europeans.

And some people in the UK don't consider themselves European because they like the individuality and independence the UK has from the rest of Europe. That's one of the reasons why we won't take the Euro because it's (the £) part of our identity.

Also I think we are different culturally to them but then all the countries in different parts of Europe have different cultures to each other.
