Am I going to get fired from my job?
Yesterday I was 2 minutes late because I had to help a customer. I'll be 40-60 minutes late today because I accidentally left a light on my car and killed the battery. I called a couple minutes before my shift started and told my manager that i'd be late because I had a dead battery. She told me to get her as soon as possible. I was just hired so I am on a 60 day probation period. It's also at Fred Meyer. Which basically means Fred Meyer is giving me a try to see how I like it, and they are giving me a try to see if they like me. It's kind of like a Safeway type store. So what do you think will happen? I'm hoping nothing because I phoned ahead as well as showed up.

I called my boss at work today (retail job) and told him I can’t come tomorrow for my shift that I am scheduled because I have a final exam in one of my college class in 2 days that I need to study for. He was mad at me on the phone but the thing is that I had requested that day off to study 3 weeks ago and they still scheduled me. I think I could get fired because he sounded really mad. What should I do about this situation?

I just applied for a job at Raley's, and I am probably going to get the job, but I have just learned that they do a test where they use your hair, and they can track whether you have used any sort of drug for the last six months. I'm a good kid, but I smoked some weed about 4 months ago and I am hella worried that I will fail the test. I want the job badly and I won't know what to tell my mom if I fail. Will I fail?
