Am i somewhat attractive?
I'm not trying to fish for compliments i just honestly don't know if i'm attractive or not... i have dark brown hair a bit past my shoulders with side bangs. I'm 5'3, 115 pounds. I'm pretty slim but I wouldn't call myself skinny. B cup boobs, pretty small waist. My legs aren't long but pretty proportionate with my body. Although i do need to tone up. I don't have a flat bum, but its not big. Just a little bit of a bubble butt i guess. I have bright blue eyes, pretty full lips, but i think my nose is a little too big. its not really long or pointed i just think its a little wide. I have pale skin, which isn't the best, i have some acne although its not horrible, and it does come and go. So what do you think? Am i atleast decent? Do guys think most girls are somewhat attractive?
Yes absolutely. And I am not the ‘everybody is oh so beautiful’ kind of person. I genuinely find the majority of girls attractive. I just find feminine bodies very attractive to begin with and all girls who are not fat (I don’t find that feminine) usually wear skin tight cloths and that is extremely attractive to me. Specific body shapes are completely irrelevant to me and I would argue almost all guys. Then the faces matter too. And here I think most faces are attractive. Not all. Definitely not all. But the majority. It is not like that the other way around. Guys faces are not as attractive on average as girls faces. That is statistically proven.
Would you date someone you find somewhat attractive but not that much?
One of my close high school friends just hit 3 years with her boyfriend (we’re only 20 so this is a long time for us). At first, she didn’t want to date him because she thought he was “kind of” cute, but his best friend was very cute to her. He was very persistent, so she gave him a shot and she ended up falling head over heels for him. They’re extremely happy together.My story:After 2 relationships where I dated extremely attractive guys who ended up cheating on me with no remorse, I decided to date an ugly guy because I thought an ugly guy wouldn’t cheat on me right? (In high school I had an extremely nice figure and an okay face, most guys rated my face a 7 or an 8) So I dated this guy, who I would’ve rated a 2 or a 4 on a good day. I guess dating me gave him some confidence because he ended up cheating on me too. I became so depressed that I lost even more weight around my waist and I can confidently say that my body became every guy’s dream. Shortly after, I met my current husband on accident, because my ex messed me up so much I started doing all this crazy stuff that made me meet my current husband.So to answer your question, yes. My friend gave the somewhat attractive guy a chance and now they’re super happy 3 years later. Even though it didn’t work out for me, if I never dated that guy, I would have never met my current husband.

Being "somewhat attractive" means you have some attractive features but also some non attractive features. You would be a 4-6 on the 1-10 scale.

Hope I’m not being repetitive here but I found a cute little graphic that sums up the way I interpret attraction.I find this to be accurate because as a lesbian, while I’ve always been attracted to women, I’m not attracted to ALL women, especially not in the same way. I’ve also had boyfriends in the past (that I considered attractive) and can still comfortably comment on the attractiveness of other men, free of any desire to have sex with them (aesthetic attraction).It’s kind of like a straight girl seeing another girl and saying: “wow, she’s really pretty”. That doesn’t make her bisexual or a lesbian, she just like the way the other girl looks.
