Maybe it takes 6 months to find a great guy, another 6 months to decided to get married and another 6 to actually get married and settle down.We’re told from a young age that if a fertile woman gets anywhere near semen, she might get pregnant. While it’s true that she might, it’s also true that it can take months to get pregnant while having unprotected sex. The bottom line is that it could easily take a 12 months for you to get pregnant.Next we have 9 months to have the baby. Let’s assume that you want two children. It’ll probably be 9 months or so until you start getting enough sleep and energy to try again, then 12 more months to get pregnant and 9 more to have baby #2.Of course these numbers are all guesses, but I think they are reasonable. Some will be a little high, others a little low, but the sum will be pretty accurate.So add that all up and you get 60 months. 5 years. If you start looking today, your youngest child will likely be born when you’re 38.5 years old. If you want to have kids, I suggest that you start looking for a suitable mate now.

You’ve got a pretty narrow view of success. The more narrow the target, the less likely you are to hit it.At 34 you have already succeeded in avoiding most of the crap that makes people miserable. You are your own woman, free to do anything you want.You can define success however you want, but in my opinion, by the time you are 44 if you have a career, relationship and family, I will view you s a massive failure who had the opportunity to do almost anything with her life who chose to become another portrait of the mediocrity in which the world is enmired.You have a great chance to do something special. Don’t blow it.

They are probably afraid to get too involved with you because your daughter adds the possibility of an additional heart being broken if your relationship doesnt work out. I think that they are afraid that your daughter will complicate a new relationship. It just means that you haven't found the right one yet - The right one will love and cherish your daughter as much as you do.

You're never to old to be single. Getting married is part of society, it's not for everyone. Certain people never get married and are just content with their single lifestyle. You just go with what your preference is, if you want to be "tied down" then go for it we all know it can be a beautiful/ugly thing. If you choose to be single forever there's definitely nothing wrong with that it's just the way you like to live your life. As for how old is to old to get married... I feel the same answer applies. Whenever your time is then it's your time (ironically like death hmm..) some people never find that right person and some find them late in life, so when you do tie the knot! The age to stop having kids.. I guess that's up for debate however I feel that maybe...45-50 would be a good age to stop, remember you have to be around for the kids and old age does kill =]
Is 35-36 too old to start a family?
Like many women, I put off starting a family (though married for 6 years) because I was studying and working -and had money issues. Now, my husband and I are trying to get pregnant but it’s been 4 months and I realize it may take time.
