I Am taking AMPHETAMINE SALTS ER 30mg, Can I Split these Capsule Pills?
Well, you can...but the time-release granules inside should not be crushed, and unless you have mg scales you'd have to 'eyeball' the measurement. (Going by sight that the resulting piles are equal.) Not sure why I'm attempting to answer this...
30mg of amphetamine salts (Adderall) get me high?
you'll be pretty sparked. Are they XR (time release)? If so take out the beeds and crush them up. Then take that or smoke it. You'll be nice and tweaky.
How does 10mg of Amphetamine Salts ER compare to 40mg of Vyvanse?
I’m currently on 60Mg of Adderall a day…. When I was diagnosed with ADHD 5 years ago I was on a low dose of concerta, then plain Ritalin because it was cheaper… I went to a new GP and he wrote me for 70 mg of Vyvanse, (highest dose made). it was so incredibly strong within 5 hours of taking it I had to have my gf come pick me up from work because I couldn’t do anything at my desk but shake and feel like my heart was going to come out of my chest.I have taken 40mg of Adderall a couple times by forgetting I took my first dose already and it doesn’t do anything to me but lower my blood pressure by 2–3 points, no shaking, no increased BP.Ritalin at 20mg will raise my BP by 40 points. I can’t take Ritalin at the same time as my BP meds because within 20 minutes they will lower that extremely high BP by 60 points and I get so lightheaded I can’t stand up for about 20–30 minutes before my body settles down.Everyone is very much different when it comes to ADHD meds
Amphetamine salts and actacids, help!!!?
I have GERD. (Gastroesophageal reflux disease) and I take pepcid's or prilosec's for this, in which both control or reduce my stomach acid and regulate that. I have ADD also, and take adderall/amphetamine salts 30mg IR when needed. i.e. driving, studying, and working. I was on the wikipedia page for adderall and was reading and came across this.. Co-administration of acidic substances (e.g., citric acid) causes decreased renal reabsorption of DL-amphetamine; whereas, alkaline agents (e.g., antacids) may cause a marked increase in renal tubular reabsorption. The increased reabsorption can increase the retention of amphetamines, with potential to result in dangerously high serum levels.[24] If I have this straight, the pH of your stomach significantly contributes with the regulation of absorption of the amphetamine salts. Higher pH, basics = increased absorption, lower pH, acids = decreased absorption. Well, I'm sure see now where my concern is caused. Need facts about Adderall (M. Amphet Salts 20 mg)?
Took adderall for 3 years -They work immediately..like 20-30 mins after taking them -They last me about 5 hours -Xanax is a benzo (downer) adderall is an amphetamine (upper) so no. But if you DO have adhd/add than it can be as calming and relaxing if not more than xanax is to a non adhd/add person -One 20mg pill should be enough! Amphetamines cause neurotoxicity (damage to the brain) I switched to focalin (like ritalin). Doesn't work like amphetamines do and I'm not saying it's easy on the brain but it's more mild and I feel better on it than adderall.
Is my generic adderall (D-amphetamine salts) ir or xr?
Hey, just wondering if you help settle a dipute between a friend and myself. I have generic Adderall, D-Amphetamine salts, orange 30mg tablets with E404 on them. My friend and I (both chemistry students) disagree between whether these pills are ir or xr. He says that they're xr and I believe they are ir. From what I believe, xr is a capsule that releases the first "hit" (almost) immediately and then the second after the second part of the capsule is digested. The ones I have are not capsules but are just a compacted powder pill. Seems that we'll do anything but actually study for our finals...haha. Cheers Dec

Methamphetamine and amphetamine are practically the same drugs. They share many of the same metabolites as well, so the test would not be able to distinguish between the two. If you are legally prescribed the Adderall then you are fine, becuase you have done nothing illegal.

Amphetamines are so ridiculously priced at $1 per mg. Did you know that Adderall, which used to be pure Dexedrine is now made of 3 amphetamine salts. So 30mg of Adderall is now only about 18mg of active amphetamines. Traded at $30 for a 30mg pill its highway robbery. My advice to you is to go see a doctor and stop risking your freedom and your money over something so petty. If your willing to pay you probably need them.
